We ate there 3 years ago and enjoyed it so much we couldn't wait to go back. It did not disappoint! The choices of savory crepes made in the tradiional Breton way with buckwheat have lots of different combinations of every kind of cheeses and meats, as well as eggs for a "crèpe complète". The presentation is world class, the service is with a smile and plenty of explanation to go along with the menu. The dessert crèpes are made with wheat flour and also have every combination of ingredients to please the palate. Having had crèpes in Bretagne, I can say that these in Caussade are authentic and just as delicious. The cook is committed to bringing a real Breton meal to the south of France and crèpe fans would be missing out if they didn't eat here.
