The food is very good but it gets absolutely heaving even out of season and the wait for food can be long. The service is very friendly but not that efficient. It's nice to sit outside watching the creek having a drink but if you want to eat, book early and prepare for a wait.

I always visit the Creek for a meal when I am in Peel at least once (plus I am not sure how many beers!). They serve a great range of local seafood, all of which is cooked perfectly and very reasonably priced. There are many other local specialities on the list, and the specials board is large and frequently updated. The Creek is great for a lunch or evening meal, with tables outside when the Manx wethaer allows for some lovely outside dining on the harbour! I believe it is wise to book in advance now as this has become a popular dining spot, for local seafood I would always head to the Creek in Peel.

It's worth a mention that they have a fantastic selection of ales on offer, and their guest beers are frequently changed. I know they take pride in serving great ales and it shows.

We went to the Creek a few nights while staying in Peel, as it had such a great atmosphere and lovely food. One evening we called after 9pm (because events had held us up) thinking it would be to late for food, but no problem we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were all very friendly and the food tasty and served promptly even though the place was always busy. One tip- make sure you book a table

The first person we met on arrival at the marina in Peel recommended that we try the Creek Inn. And, as we observed over the next few days, not only is it very popular with sailing folk (being beside the marina), you’ll also find bikers, locals, folks stopping off from tour coaches and all varieties of other visitors – safe to say, it’s one of best “in” popular pubs / restaurants in town.
They have a great selection of local real ales / ciders as well as the more well-known brands and also have quite a good range of meals on their special and al la carte menus.
We tried the hake with Manx Queenies, side salad and new potatoes – absolutely delicious and great value for money. Being from Ireland, we didn’t know what queenies (local name for a small type of scallop) were but, after a bit of enjoyable banter, the waitress had no problem giving us a bowl as a taster – free of charge. The same principle applies to the beers – tasters are freely supplied on request.
We found the atmosphere to be very welcoming, the service friendly and prompt. We had arranged to meet a group of boat enthusiasts on our 3rd evening in Peel – no problem with booking and we all had a blast. Would definitely recommend this spot, whether travelling with friends or family!
