Stayed at the hotel for a business trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable with soft drinks free in mini bar - nice touch. Food very nice - bar menu a little limited but nice. Restaurant food very good. Breakfast was plentiful with a nice choice. A little far out in terms of town but believe there is a shuttle bus. My only issue was the hairdryer which was very slow, next time I’ll take my own.

Booked in for dinner at the start of our trip. Very welcoming, excellent food. Decided to return for dinner and a night's stay at the end of the trip. Just as good as the first experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room tip: Ask for a sea view

Visit the Regency on a regular base for business. Friendly staff, good and fresh food and decent prices. Rooms are simple and could use a bit of an upgrade to support the business travelled. Trouser press would be nice and temperature in rooms is in general to hot with not always possibility to ventilate. Price/quality ok, but could do with a bit of an upgrade!

Admittedly we were here for a wedding reception but we did pop in before for a drink in the same week and they are consistently top notch. The wedding meal and service were splendid, so one can only assume this level and quaility pervade their usual serbices. A goog place to stay by all accounts from friends

Room tip: Just ask for a front view

On the main street facing the Ocean. Charming area. Once you hit the front you are not allowed to touch your bags or anything, they pamper you. Fast cab service. Attentive at the front desk. Old hotel in excellent state of condition. Our room faced the Ocean/Bay and was lovely. Small elevator... so we usually used the stair way to go up or down.

My wife had two meals in the hotel restaurant, Haworths, and adored it. I only saw it and noticed it was clean, comfortable. Sorry I missed the meals.

Large bathroom with large tub. Good water pressure.

Very comfortable. Very pleasant staff. Old world charming, polite, witty. Free stuff in the fridge... which is unusual.

We found it delightful, romantic... and this was a work trip.

If we (or I ) return to Isle of Man, this is our first choice. We give this a sincere 5 stars ...
