The location is ideal being fairly central on the main promenade in Douglas. On a bus route and the horse trams stop just outside which take you to the sea terminal (and shops) in one direction or the electric railway to Laxey, Ramsey and Snaefell.
The flat is well equipped with one double bedroom and en-suite with a further toilet off the hall. Two sofa beds in lounge which also contains the kitchen at the far end. Nice balcony for al-fresco dining with view over central courtyard. Lifts in building and also parking space if needed in underground car park.
Fantastic apartment in a great location right on the seafront and about 10 minute walk to centre .
Yvonne provided clear instructions for finding the apartment. Once inside it was really cosy and well equipped even having a pizza cutter! (The only thing I couldn't find was a measuring jug) definitely would recommend the apartment it has everything you need for your stay and would definitely stay here again

This apartment is superb , very clean , well quipped , spacious and extremely comfort.
It's in a great location on central promenade, the apartment block is very quiet and well maintained. Yvonne's arrival instructions are clear and very easy to follow. The apartment is quipped with everything you need such as washer and dryer , iron/ ironing board , airier, all kitchen appliances,wi if and Netflix and even bucket and spade for the kids. There is secure underground parking but we didn't need it but very handy for quests with a vehicle . A complementary tea tray also provided and a bottle of wine which was nice touch . I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking at staying in Douglas , excellent value for money and would use again in the future.
The Courtyard is ideally situated on the Promenade in Douglas, about halfway between the tram station and the railway station and handy for the horse tram. The secure parking space was great but, to be honest, we didn't really need the car.
The apartment is lovely and spacious - it has a covered balcony which is very sheltered (even if it rains!) looking out into the inner courtyard of the development. Everything was very clean and everything we needed was there.
Yvonne was lovely and very helpful - great directions etc.
We would happily stay here again for a holiday on the Isle of Man.
The apartment is in a new development on the Douglas Central Promenade. The position could not be better as it is not in the town centre but is an easy walk from it. Secure basement car parking is available which is very valuable as parking can be difficult in Douglas.
There is a large well equipped kitchen/living room, one bedroom and a small outside area overlooking a large communal courtyard with a pond and fountain. Everything was very clean and there was an abundant supply of towels available including beach towels. Midweek bookings are accepted which means you can get a better deal on the ferry fare.
The only criticisms would be that my wife and I found the memory foam mattress on the bed rather soft and difficult to get used to and there was no dressing table in the bedroom.
Despite the mixed weather we had a great 10 days staying there and look forward to out next visit to this beautiful island.
This is, without a doubt, the best self-catering apartment I have ever stayed in. It is spacious, very clean, comfortable, and everything was in working order for my stay. Yvonne obviously puts a lot of thought into ensuring that every convenience is provided. The apartment is in a convenient location if you are going to be using public transport, which I have always found to be exceptionally well managed in the Isle of Man.
Good modern flat with all facilities provided - what more is there to say, I don't want to add more, it was excellent
