We had not booked and we had to be given a table near the bar - with apologies from the waiter. No need, our time in Mamma Mia, from ordering to consuming the last of the delightful caramel chocolate cake was very pleasant indeed. The bill reflected the reasonable nature of the whole enterprise - keen to give good service and good food at a good price. I have only one slight complaint, the fish I ordered was accompanied by too much sauce. On the other hand, it was delicious and I used it for the sautéed potatoes as well as the fish. The vegetable portions were generous as were both main meals and the delicious entrees. The popularity of this restaurant - it was full - did not impair the excellent service and pleasantness of the extremely busy staff.
