As usual we were struggling to find somewhere to eat, this place looked clean and tidy, so decided to take a chance after walking past a few other places, we were not disappointed with the food, all to a high standard and the staff were pleasant and helpful, would definitely visit again.

We popped in here on our first night in Paignton. The fish and chips we had weren't as fresh tasting as some elsewhere but were adequate enough. Service was good and we did thoroughly enjoy the ice cream available.

We had two roast beef meals. The meal was nothing to write home about. There was just fried potatoes done in a fryer, no mash, the carrots tasted tinned and the green beans were overcooked as was the cabbage. On the plus side, the beef was tender and tasty. Worth £5.95. I think not. Had roast dinners for same price that are a whole lot better.

We ate here nearly every day. Food was excellent, never had tummy trouble. Wheelchair accessible. Prices were very good and a daily roast check it out. We had beautiful deserts with clotted cream, ice cream and strawberries. Always cakes available and an excellent pot of tes. Cooffee that was really good. Mains is varied not all chips either.

We stumbled across this cafe whilst walking down the high street, on first impression cafe seemed a bit dated .... But was I wrong great friendly staff and absolutely gorgeous homemade food, perfect for what we were looking for! The cottage pie was yummy, so much so we ate here again on our last night in Paignton.
Your staff are so polite and welcoming an asset to your cafe, your food is gorgeous and my only complaint is we didn't find you on the first day of our holiday as we would of ate here every night.
