Stayed here at the beginning of June for 2 nights in a pod. Overall, the site is very clean and everyone is very friendly. The showers/toilets are very close, and again kept very clean! The bar is nice with cheap drinks, also have an amusements room and a large room for a disco each evening with other entertainment (however, was very quiet when we stayed). Very close to the seafront, about a 5 min drive. Swimming pool looked good, we never used it but it was busy with families. The only negative, is the site lacks food! There is a small supermarket but is little use for campers. There is a cafe/takeaway service but only opens at 6pm and closes very early at 8:30, however when we went on the first night at 7:50pm we were told the takeaway service was only chips and no other orders, which is a downfall for the site. Apart from that, it's a lovely site and would return with others.

Made a late booking requesting a flat pitch near the facilities and that is exactly what we got. Very welcoming staff and nice to be shown to our pitch rather than been given a map and told to go and find it (something we have experienced before many times!) Site is very clean and the toilets and showers immaculate. Lovely wooded setting, lots of space and we were very lucky with the weather so were able to make use of the outdoor pool. Shop is well stocked and prices are very reasonable - cold drinks were actually a lot cheaper than in town.
Would certainly recommend this place and we all agreed we would like to come back again.

Just got back could not wait to review from when I booked the day before arrival to when we left the staff were mint.
The pitches were very generous and our trailer tent fitted on with ample room pitches not to close most of the site flat , the one with slopes are proper slopes.
All park very well kept, all round beautiful site.

We have just stayed here for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend, as a family that camps, we were very impressed, a beautiful and well kept site, with exceptionally friendly staff and very clean amenities, the kids loved the parks, pool and craft barn, we loved the food, bars and shop. The toilets and showers were well looked after and very clean and impressed that mops were left so we could clean after use too. We were pitched in coombe meadow quite close to the complex but no noise was heard at all from the entertainment and people walking back were very considerate. Pitch sizes were great and well kept. Overall, a really fantastic site that we will return to and recommend.

just returned from Whitehall from a 4 night stay in our campervan, we choose pitch 184 which was hard standing, alittle on the slope within great orchard field - whilst its the furthest away it was choses as prev reviews said newest toilet/shower block. We were not disappointed - huge shower cubicles which were kept immaculate, a lovely bath in one of the family rooms( though did visit other fields shower rooms and they were equally clean and well kept.) staff were very friendly and keen to help, prices in bar and cafe etc were very good for a captive audience.
site was clean and tidy - no use of the pool as weather very cold, great bus links and only £5.25 for a day rider which got you to all areas (£17.50 weekly) brixham/torquay ferry is only £2.00 return - recommend babbecombes hamleys fish and chips - they are 1st in southwest and 2nd in the uk, £5.95 for med t/away but well worth it - a great stay whitehill - thankyou.

Room Tip: ask for great orchard and flat pitch as they do vary

Chose Whitehill as not far from home & first night out in our campervan & was impressed all round! The weather was wet, which is normal for the UK, but the park was well looked after & what staff we met were polite & very good at their jobs - a credit to the park! Shower block clean & lovely hot water; shop large & stocked large variety of food & gifts & the bar was clean & tidy! Barmaid very good despite having trouble with the lager pumps, coped brilliantly! Would certainly recommend & hope to go back again!! Thank you!

This is only our second camping holiday but we have stayed at lots of caravan parks. We loved Whitehills everything was spotless and the grounds very well looked after. The evening entertainment was great and for quite a small park they had a lot of facilities. The pool was freezing though maybe the heating wasn't working or could be that it had just opened for the season not sure but we will be going back there hopefully this year.

Room Tip: If camping go for the middle field as we lost the sun quite early in the evening
