“A very comfortable modern apartment convenient for the city centre.”
Reviewed July 28, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

This two bedroom apartment is located near the river and Elvet bridge and is only a short walk from the market place and cathedral area. It's ideally located for exploring the city, taking riverside walks and accessing a good selection of shops and restaurants. The apartment provides a range of good facilities including comfortable furniture, a master bedroom with an en-suite and car parking. It's also possible to walk to the apartment from the city railway station.

“Nice apartment, nice location”
Reviewed July 17, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

When we arrived we were shown around the apartment and where to park which was kind of them, even left a carton of milk in the fridge!
I can't fault the apartment apart from the fan in the bathroom, i'm too short to reach it so had to use a spoon to reach. Otherwise i couldn't fault anything else.
It's very, very close to the town which is nice, plenty of cafes to grab a cuppa or a small bite to eat.

“A wonderfully central apartment with parking”
Reviewed August 6, 2015 for a stay in August 2015

this modern and comfortable flat is located next to one of the main pedestrian bridges into the central "island" of Durham. Great for all the attractions and restaurants. A great spot for a city break and you can forget the car which is in a secure car park under the block.

“Cozy, modern property in the heart of historic Durham”
Reviewed August 3, 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Would definitely recommend this place for people staying in Durham for extended periods. It is especially good for a small family like ours. The location is only a 5 minute walk from the Castle and Cathedral grounds and shops, and you can while the hours walking along the river, listening to talented street performers, and enjoying the local tipple at neighboring pubs. With regard to said pubs, there can be a bit of noise late nights on weekends here, it must be said. But this is compensated for by the location and amenities you get for the price, which is competitive with anything in the area. Fully equipped small kitchen with laundry, 2 bathrooms (brilliant hot water!), fast Wifi service, cable TV, and parking included. We didn't have a car, and found it easy to walk everyone we wanted to go in town. Sue was great about providing guides for the area and for the services in the flat.

My advice: If you find this place available for your dates, snap it up!
