We visited with neighbours, who've never been before, for the Christmas Festival weekend. Our neighbours loved it just as much as we do and made friends with some of the fantastic 'local' people whom we have had the pleasure of meeting over the last 20 odd years.
We returned for a night on New years Day to celebrate Anne's (my wife) Birthday and joined in with the "faith" type lunch where regulars just appear with a selection of meats, cheeses and other lovely food which is enjoyed in the most relaxed an convivial way that has to be experienced to really understand.
If you like good beer and what is more important, good company give the Vic a try. It really is different in the most positive way.More
