Lovely place. Very friendly.
We took our two year old little girl with us. The staff looked after her and us fabulously! Lovely touches at breakfast with treats and they cut my daughters toast into men and ladie shapes :)
Clean and comfortable home from home. Will stay again.

Stayed at this hotel with my partner for a week. Hotel recommended we upgrade to a larger room as we were staying for a week. We did this and have to say the room was great. Bed was very comfortable, lots of room and everything was so clean.

Location was also great with only a 5 min walk to the centre of Barnstaple.

We were able to park in the hotel car park across the road for our whole stay. If it becomes full there is car parks near by and usually under £2 for the whole day. Never needed to use these though.

Owners are very helpful in recommending restaurants, providing area info etc. Staff are also very helpful and provide fantastic service!

Oh and the breakfasts are really good with a little surprise item brought out each day when we stayed.

We booked the only remaining attic room at the Yeo Vale. Attic rooms was small, but that was clear in the description, and it was discounted for that reason. The standard rooms are really nice and spacious. Staff very helpful, breakfasts were really nice, the best I've experienced in many years. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Attic rooms are small but manageable, standard rooms are beautiful

nice hotel, parking could be a problem when they are busy as theres only room for about 4 cars on a little patch of land across the road . other than that i wouldnt know where to park. I had a small single, and small it is, but i didnt mind as it was only for one night. nice room with on suite.slept well on good quality bed. the carpet could do with a clean. the breakfast is very very good. couple that own it, the husband is a happy sod, not.......nice place to stay..

Room Tip: small singles are very small, would go for the larger room. Bit pricey though. £100 for a double for...
