the atmosphere and decor are what you would expect from a cinema. good viewing experience. the price of food is slightly too expensive and the limited staff means you can be queuing for a long time

I loved seeing the film however the hotdog left a bit to be desired, as stale bun, however that was my only complaint and given the friendly nature off the staff, had I mentioned it, it would have been remedied straight away

Went to see the Hobbit and as per usual it is so very uncomfortable, there is NO leg room and frequently you have to have an awkward conversation with people who are sat in your seat. It is expensive as far a cinemas go, although they do allow wine etc now which takes the edge off the experience.

My family and I go to the local cinema in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria about once a month and we have just gone to watch the latest Hobbit movie in 3D. We couldn't believe it when the main feature started and they dimmed some of the lights in the auditorium but we could still see clearly everything in the room. This caused reflections in our 3D glasses which made enjoying the movie impossible. We went out to complain to the management and they said that they have just replaced the emergency lights and they couldn't do anything about it.
We got a full refund and left the cinema.

We will not be returning to the cinema unless they sort the lighting issue out.

Went on Monday afternoon to watch the new hunger games at 12.30pm. There was myself and 3 friends, we bought our tickets, and snacks and went into the cinema screen.

Snacks are overpriced but do half expect this in any cinema to be honest.

Before we got past the adverts and trailers you could feel the cinema getting colder, and we started to wrap up, by the time we left screen 3 we all were wearing gloves, hats and scarfs to keep warm. We were going to complain upon exit but there was no staff to be seen, apart from the surly miserable guy with his bin bag, so we left him alone. He did not look approachable at all. If it was not for the fact we had waited so long to watch the film, we would of definately of walked out.

How can you expect people to pay £6 or more a ticket and freeze them for 2 and a half hours??

The girl on check in was more than helpful and a pleasure to be served by, if it was not for the fridge temperatures, this film would of pleasure, rather than a chore of sitting out the cold in the cinema.

Thank Emma S
