The quality of food here is terrible, microwaved veg and mains poorly cooked. It shouldn't have come as a surprise as it is the first Italian restaurant I have been to that sells prawn crackers!!!.

Visited here last week after recent reccommendations at work - anxious at first since the reopening, yet very pleasantly surprised!
My work collegues and I booked last minute on Friday night for for Saturday evening to celebrate a friends birthday. The food was very well priced and only came to about £15 per head including appetisers, meal, coffees and all the drinks/wine! The food took it's time but we recognised that it was very busy, The staff were smart and polite; acknowledging our wait, and gave us a garlic pizza while we waited..however when the food came it was well worth it!
We requested christmas menus and were informed they will be released shortly and we will be booking in soon for our next visit with no hesitation this time!
Thank you for a pleasant evening.

We ate at this restaurant on a Friday evening so you have a point of reference.

My wife and I were seated quickly, even though we hadnt booked.

At first the table we were seated at was too dark to be classed as intimate but , on seeing us struggle to read the menu , the waitress did offer us a little more light.

I chose Pancetta and my wife had pizza with pepperoni and other vegetables. Both were very reaosnably priced and very tasty.

However we had to wait about half an hour before our food order was taken and had to wait a hwile between being given the wine list and being asked what we wanted.

We noticed that by the end of the meal that we were the onyl only ones left in the restaurant and felt a little rushed to pay the bill. However overall it was lovely food and quite find, on a side street in Barrow.
