    Thank you 6* It made Mum & Dad very happy.

    Booked this B&B after looking at loads of differnet B&B's in and around Bowness.
    Emailed the owners with my requirements for my parents, nothing was to much trouble.

    Mum and Dad both had a very enjoyable stay at Sandowns, the breakfast was brill, rooms nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The owners were very very helpful to mum and dad over their stay. They hope to come back soon.

    Fantastic

    Stayed at this guest house Easter bank holiday 2011, you will find this accomadation hard to beat, lovely owners, fantastic breakfast " and I mean fantastic " rooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The guest house is also in a great position. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. We are visiting Bowness in a couple of months time and we will be booking to stay here again.

    Excellent B& B.

    The rooms are a good size very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, we would recommend this B & B to anyone, it's location is ideal situated just before Bowness and within easy walking distance to Windermere. We will be returning again.

    Enjoyable experience

    We would strongly recommend this B & B. When we arrived it was in a great location and the owners had great local knowledge. We had checked it out on the web site before booking and found that it more than matched our expectations. Our room was immaculate and the bed was very very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and our stay was a very relaxing experience. We will definatley return
