Whilst this attraction will delight children there is plenty for adults as well. Mr McGregors garden is a delight and there is an excellent interactive section where you learn a lot about the author and what she did for the region. The dioramas of the books are well executed and bring the stories to life.

I'm a fan of Beatrix Potter and really enjoyed this experience but don't think you have to be a fan to enjoy it as my husband also really enjoyed it! Overall the experience is lovely seeing all the characters and the gardens. The shop and cafe are lovely! You must get a high tea that includes several sandwiches and delicious cakes! We were full for quite some time after! If you want to feel young again and relaxed this is the place to go! It is also in the heart of Bowness on Windermere which has lovely shops, cafes, restaurants and a great view of the Lakes!

Well worth a visit if your children are between 3yrs and 8yrs old,its very well done.
May be a little expensive,I had some vouchers for the entrance fee so it was not too bad.
Probably only took 1hour to 90 mins to walk round and have a cuppa in the cafe at the end.
My 3yr old grandaughter loved it!
