When we arrived at Seaham, we had a very warm welcome. Nick and Caroline are two of the nicest people you would wish to meet. The breakfasts were very filling and we were spoilt for choice. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for them. Nick has a wicked sense of humour. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a great nights sleep. We would have no hesitation in reccomending the Seaham to anybody.

A 3 night break to Weymouth and opted for The Seaham. Easy parking and lovely welcome from Nick. Travelling with Mum aged 76. Mum had Room 1 on the front first floor. Lovely window seat able to watch the world go by and a beautiful sea view. Also had Room 2 on the back of B&B. Both were clean, crisp bedding and well furnished with a T.V., double bed and shower room en suite. Tea making facilities all well stocked. Rooms cleaned daily. Brekkie great, Choose the night before and opt for a time 8.00,8.30 or 9.00. Plenty of choice full English, veg and fish option cooked by Caroline always excellent.
Nick recommended places to eat and Enso's was close and prefect! B&B is only 5 min walk to town and across from the beach again, perfect location.
Book The Seaham and you won't be disappointed a really big thank you Nick and Caroline for a great time.

My partner and I have just come home after another fabulous stay at the Seaham. We could not recommend this guest house highly enough - it is lovely. Nick & Caroline are so welcoming, friendly and more than helpful which has always made our stay.

Rooms are beautifully decorated in a vintage style which i loved. We have stayed in room 3 and room 5 and enjoyed them both. I particularly liked the views from room 5. On both occasions we have stayed in the winter months and found the rooms to be cosy, warm and immaculate with soft bed linen and nice thick blankets. There is also tea, coffee etc which we always enjoy in the morning. It was also nice to have bottled water in the room.

The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and freshly made for your chosen time in the morning. Location is perfect right on the beach and a short stroll into the town. Parking the car right near the guest house was also a bonus.

We are hoping to go back to Weymouth in the summer time and will definitely go back to the Seaham - If you stay here you won't be disappointed. Thank you Nick & Caroline for another great stay :)

We have been staying at the Seaham for the last twenty years. We keep coming back to Weymouth for this guest house. This is the best Guest house that we have ever stayed in. You can be sure that you will always receive a warm welcome from Nick and Caroline. The rooms are excellent and always spotless. The breakfasts are superb and you have an amazing selection of food, nothing is too much trouble. We like staying in room five at the top of the house but all the rooms are brilliant. The guest house is in such a good position that you can park the car and not need to drive again during your stay if you don't want to. Nick and Caroline even let us leave the car parked on our last day when we have checked out. We have just come home from a stay and can't wait to come back again. Thank you Nick and Caroline for all your hard work and making us feel so welcome.

Just returned from the Seaham and all the previous reviews are right. From the moment we stepped inside to the time we left we were made to feel very welcome. We stayed in Room 5 which has dual aspects of the sea front and the town behind. The room was spotlessly clean, cosy, warm and comfortable. Excellent assortment of beverages, tea, coffee, chocolate, bottled water and biscuits. Good quality towels and a range of toiletries, which are nice touches. Breakfast was hot and tasty with plenty of options and good quality produce. My only criticism is having to choose my breakfast the night before. As I don't always know what I want to eat the following morning. But that's personal to me and I'm sure if I mentioned this to Nick there wouldn't have been a problem. However, this suited my other half and it seems to work well for Nick and Caroline. If and when we return to Weymouth we won't go anywhere else. Thanks for a lovely few days both.

Room Tip: If you want a sea view request a front room.
