Had a truly wonderful stay, and our week just flew. The accommodation is first class, and the breakfasts , served by Rosemary, were exactly to our needs and cooked perfectly. This holiday was booked by my family to help celebrate our golden anniversary with family in the area and they could not have chosen better. There is a bus stop just outside for access to town although, we chose to drive. Car parking in Weymouth itself is on the pricey side but only what you expect in a tourist town. There are so many great things to do in the surrounding area, that the whole experience was memorable. One small word of warning, the shower pushes you back, and would have parted my hair, had I got some, wish we could get that sort of pressure at home.Even our power shower does not reach that standard.
We have just returned from our second visit to this delightful B&B,. When Rosemary opened the door it was like being welcomed by a good friend.
Everything about Fox Crossing is so immaculate and clean, with lots of little touches such as lovely toiletries and vases of fresh flowers. This B&B is definitely the best we have ever stayed in, and having your own large lounge to relax in at the end of a busy day makes it perfect.
We hope to make another visit later this year and will again be able to sample Rosemary's amazing breakfasts.
Your own apartment but with a gorgeous breakfast to start the day. Rosemary is the delightful hostess of this little treasure in Preston which is to the east of Weymouth. We had the freedom to come and go as we pleased and the comfort of having our own lounge to relax in the evenings and watch TV on comfortable sofas with a tea or coffee. I used the lounge early in the mornings to use my laptop, with the free wifi, without disturbing my husband who slept on in the bedroom. Everything was perfect and we hope to come again if we can get in. Oh, and watch out for the magical hare in the window!!
We cannot recommend this fantastic bed and breakfast enough. It is spotlessly clean throughout. The added bonus is having your own lounge to relax and unwind in. Everything you require is there to meet your needs. Rosemary does a fantastic breakfast. Cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juices, toast and of course a delicious cooked breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. We love staying here and only wish we could stay for longer. The premises are opposite the bus stop so Weymouth town centre is on the doorstep. Thank you Rosemary for a fabulous stay we can't wait to return.
What a superb little B & B, more like being in your own flatlet, with Rosemary serving her fantastic breakfasts and keeping everything spotlessly clean for you. The breakfasts were so large and beautifully cooked, we had to reduce them a little to avoid being unable to get up from the table. After that, very little mid-day food was needed.
Having a large lounge, with comfy sofas and big-screen TV, to yourselves is something not usually found in most B & B's, so this was especially relaxing in the evenings. The King sized bed and large en-suite, with super shower ensured a good night's rest.
Being on the main road through Preston, we thought there might be traffic noise, but it was surprisingly subdued, even with the bus stop, opposite.
We hope to be staying with Rosemary again in the future.

Fox Crossing is definitely the best B&B we have ever stayed in.
The accommodation is perfect in every way, so clean and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed and ensuite with a power shower, and having the large, comfortable lounge to relax in is the icing on the cake. The breakfasts are superb, and beautifully cooked, with everything you could possibly want, in fact we could only manage half portions as there was so much.
Rosemary was so welcoming and even suggested several places to visit when we had run out of ideas.
All in all an amazing place to stay and we can't wait to return.
I whole heartedly agree with all the reviews I have read about fox crossing and not one bad one. Rosemary is a wonderful host providing a superb breakfast in a spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable home from home.
