“What a view”
Reviewed September 14, 2013 via mobile

We got our tickets as part of our visit to Weymouth Sealife park and as I'm scared of heights it took a few days for me to pluck up courage to go and I'm so glad I did. The views were amazing, my 5yr old loved pointing out places we'd been. It was only 10 mins long and as we'd paid for Sealife Park with tesco vouchers going up the Tower was a nice bonus but I probably wouldn't just pay to go up the Tower.

“Needs a sunny day”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

I think that we payed £7.50 each to go up this tower. For that we got to sit in a glass donutround the tower, go up in the air, slowly turn round to see most of what we could see from the ground, with a commentary, which was OK if you were sitting in the right position, we were 180 degrees too late for the commentary.
Too expensive, but, been there done that.

“Really good views”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

Well worth it for the price. Lovely views. They do try and get more money out of you by taking a picture before you even get on, which is a bit odd. But overall worth the money compared to other attractions.

“Expensive (10 minute total) rip off!”
Reviewed September 13, 2013

Visited this attraction and was very disappointed!! Tickets cost £7.50 per adult for a total experience of 10 minutes. After purchasing your ticket you are told to sit on a bench where your photograph is taken enabling more money to be taken from you at the end of the ride. You have to pass the photo booth when getting off the ride and its not cheap! After having the photo taken you are asked to enter the capsule and sit down. You do this in single file following the person in front. Half the passengers enter to the right the other half to the left. The capsule quickly ascends to the maximum heights and goes round a full 360 degrees (twice), before making the decent to the starting position and disembarking its passengers via the photo booth. This attraction is clearly designed to make money quickly and the more of you the more money is made for a ten minute ride. Save your money the view from the top can be seen and purchased more easily by buying a postcard or going up to Nothe Forte for the view. Money saved by not taking part in this rip off, is spent more wisely by purchasing rides for the kids at a pound a time in the local amusement park 7 rides for the equivalent of one adult ticket for the Sea Life Tower, which lasts seven times longer. Save your money you have been warned!!!

“Great views on a lovely day”
Reviewed September 13, 2013

Reasonably priced at £7.20 this was a must.
Pushchairs have to stay down below so quite a few people carried their little ones on, I put my LO in a sling.
The day was clear so we got a good 360 view of Weymouth, Portland and beyond.
