Stayed for the weekend for a friends wedding at this hotel. Food was fabulous, plentiful and reasonably priced. Service was very good,.nothing too much trouble. Pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were a great addition and very well equipped. I would definitely recommend.

Just arrived back from a 1 night stay at the Rembrandt. Overall very pleased with the hotel, check in and out was painless, staff were friendly and helpful, room was fine with a good new bathroom (the bed linen and curtains were dated, but it didn't matter). The doors must be made of balsa wood though as we could hear every word of every passing person, luckily not when we were trying to sleep. We had to wait a while to get served at the bar but as there was a wedding on, that was probably to be expected and we did get an apology for the delay. The pool looked nice but we didn't have the chance to try it. Breakfast was very good! Oh and there's free wireless which is a bonus.

Free parking is great as parking can be a nightmare near the seafront and the hotel is only 10-15 ins walk from the shops and harbour.

We'd look to stay again on our next visit.

Great hotel not far from seafront. Expected the usual comforts from a Best Western hotel and wasn't disappointed. Everything was superb from check in to check out. Food in restaurant very nice. Have stayed before and will certainly be back.

We decided on Weymouth to visit the new tower by the harbour. My brother in law selected the Rembrandt based on facilities and parking, both of which proved to be sensible.
The hotel is a nondescript building about 10 to 15 minutes easy stroll to the promenade.
Rooms and facilities are typical of a 3 star Best Western. All the staff were friendly and the breakfasts were good. Parking is a bonus because it gets very restricted near the sea front. An added bonus was the pool and spa which we used.
The hotel was clean and we had no reasons to complain about anything. It all worked. Quiet at night although what we believe to be a motor for the pool area begins to hum from about 7am depending on where your room is. Payment for rooms is on arrival.

Room Tip: There are no sea views as far as I am aware and as the hotel is set back from the road there may be...

Had an enjoyable and comfortable few days here for my wife's birthday. Would use again. Staff attentive and helpful. Room comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Reasonable stroll to the beach. Weymouth has been improved since the Olympics and well worth a visit.

I should start by saying that I think this hotel is geared up more for holiday makers than people on business. Not that it doesn't cater for both - but the former is definitely the target audience I think.

I was there for one night with work and the room I had (on the first floor right at the top of the staircase) was very nice, modern and clean. Nice comfy bed, new TV and it looked like the bathroom had recently been renovated too. All in all the room was everything you could hope for, for the price.

The restaurant area (which I only used for breakfast) was ok, but was a bit on the warm side (I am not sure if this is due to it being next door to the swimming pool or not). The range on offer for breakfast was pretty decent and I have no complaints there. The staff I encountered were all very helpful too - throughout the hotel.

The hotel has a decent sized car park and is about a 10 min walk from the sea front (but a bit longer to main part of Weymouth - harbour etc). There are a few local shops (including a Tesco Express) about a 10 min walk away too - and a major supermarker 5 mins drive up the road.

All in all - It was a nice place to stay for the short time I was there.

We had a family room (4 sleeps), with very good beths. We were staying on the 3rd floor on the back. It was very quiet and the sun was only in the morning warming up the room. The 4th beth was in a little open sideroom, so the room was very spacey.
The breakfast had a lot to choose from (compared to other Best Western hotels, like The Northfield in Minehead, which was OK).
The only 2 problems we had were a very weak wifi connection, and the tv had a under title which could not be removed, even not by the technical staff.
Also the price should be little bit lower. for the quality we are used at other hotels. But we can advise this hotel.
