Stayed for one night, very busy due to the torch relay being held in Weymouth. Lots of olympic torch people staying at the hotel which I thought was a positive sign. Rooms looked as if they had recently been re-vamped and the bathroom spotless. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Overall an excellent hotel and would stay again

We stayed here for a couple of nights last week and found it to be a clean and comfortable hotel. We somehow managed to get a family room, which was a bit of bonus as there were only two of us, and it was spacious with everything that we needed. The staff are super-friendly and very helpful. We didn't use the leisure facilities in the hotel but they looked to be very popular. Buffet-style breakfasts were excellent and we took advantage of the late bar (open until 2am!) when we arrived back late one night. For us the hotel was in an excellent location - just out of the centre of town and so avoiding late-night noise, but also close enough to the town and the seafront to make access to each very easy.

Stayed here for the first time and we weren't disappointed. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Could not fault anything. The room was very clean and spacious, and the meals were excellent.

Can't wait to stay here again.

!!! What a lovely place !!! ...... We stayed here for two nights visiting the The Dorset Seafood Festival in July and could not have asked for any better. It is in a great location on the Dorchester Road which leads down to The Esplanade and then along the beach to the Old Harbour and Town Centre - approximately 15 mins walk or 5 mins on the no.2 bus. Our room was great no.292 around the back of hotel on the first floor, Checking In was quick and easy which gave us time to have a look around the hotel amenaties. This place has everything, a beautiful pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym which is all free as a guest of the hotel plus a Spa Centre which provided all the treatments you could think of ....... but that was extra to your bill. The restaurant was lovely mind you we only used it for the breakfast which was fantastic and well stocked with all the hot and cold favourites. The staff were really helpful and polite and always ready to approach you to see if everything was alright as well as a good morning or general greeting from any member of staff you happen to bump into on your way to breakfast or around the hotel which we found was very impressive and a nice touch. Thoroughly recommend The Hotel Rembrandt (part of the Best Western hotel chain) to anybody thinking of visiting Weymouth, it has a great ambience and is great value for money. !!! Well done to the Hotel Rembrandt and all the staff who work there !!! ....... We will be back.

Room Tip: Ask for Room 292 around the back on the first floor ..... right in the far corner out of the way and...

We booked from the 5/7/12 for two nights, the room was very clean and nicely appointed but the outlook was not very good, overlooking a flat roof with air - con units. Breakfast was buffet style, full English - everything you could ask for and a good range of fresh fruit and cereals. Because the weather was awfull we stayed in for the evening meal and had carvery which was excelent with lots of fresh vegetables.
The pool and spa were adequate and we both had a swim. The on site massage and therapies facility was great.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded as we had a Best Western Reward card & the Suoerior Executive room was gorgeous. The housekeepers did a fantastic job as well. We ate at the Hotel 4 nights out of the 5 nights that we were there & the food was excellent & a good range of dishes to choose from in both the bar & restaurant. The pool was very clean as was the whole place, and all of the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We will certainly recommend the Hotel & plan to return.
