I regularly have a coffee and a cake at this cafe and often sit outside and enjoy the lovely view of the beach with Portland in the distance. There is seating inside with a sea view for cold days. This cafe is tucked away at the end of Greenhill gardens next to the tennis courts and bowling green.

This is our regular coffee stop on the way into Weymouth when we stay at Bowleaze Cove.

The service is good and the owners friendly - always ready for a chat but also not intrusive.

The coffee is lovely and although you might get it cheaper in some of the chains in the town it's a pretty soulless experience sitting in a dark cafe compared with sitting outside in the fresh air and enjoying the views over the sea.

So you can feed both your tummy and your soul in one place.

You'll find this at the quieter end of Weymouth in some lovely gardens, coffee good and not overpriced. Enjoy the views.

We have stopped off at the Greenhill Beach Cafe on several occasions for morning tea and coffee. Nice cuppa, no fuss and the view is amazing.
Dont forget to play crazy golf whilst you are in the area.

Didn't really expect too much as we were walking back from centre of Weymouth to where we had parked, but the very seaside resortish beach cafe sign pointing up a flight of shady stairs seemed about the last chance of a quick eat before the two hour drive home. However, rounding the stairs we found a tidy cafe tugged in on the first floor of the beach huts. Marks for atmosphere is mostly down to the splendid view of the sea, as the cafe itself is just the counter area at the entrance with a row of tables stretching back along the windows. Weather permitting, there are a few tables outside, where you can also sneak a peak at players slugging it out at the next door bowling club.
What really makes this place is the food. The selection is good for a place branding itself as a beach cafe, and the quality a mark or two above what I'd expected. Evidently not gourmet level, but for the food they serve well on par with a decent pub. I had a toasted sandwich, well prepared and on some rather good bread, with chips that were nice and crisp (I had an hour earlier reneged on a planned fish and chips meal when observing the mushy mass they were passing as the chips) and just about perfect. My wife had a delicious piece of apple pie, with two healthy scoops of Marshfield ice cream. All in all, nothing fancy, just really well executed for a lite bite venue on a seaside promenade. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
