“A fantastic little hotel!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 7, 2011

My wife, two daughters and I have just returned from a three day break at this hotel.
Service and breakfast were excellent .Eva and her staff are doing a wonderful job.
I have stayed in many hotels large and small all over the world and this on is right up with the best in my opinion.Parking was easy and the location perfect for Weymouth.
Everything was within easy walking distance.

Room Tip: Try and get a room with a view over Weymouth bay and the harbour

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great position, lovely spacious room, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Delicious breakfasts and Eva, who is charming, could not have been more helpful. Perhaps a bit more expensive that some other B & B's in Weymouth, but very well worth it. Stay here!

I stayed at the Roundhouse B&B on a Saturday night with my boyfriend Brian. From the moment we arrived to our departure we were treated with the utmost care. We booked to stay in the smallest of the double rooms but the lovely proprietor Eva showed us another larger room and allowed us to choose between the two. Both rooms were immaculately furnished and we would have been happy with either but we chose the larger of the two. The room was very clean and it was nice to see attention to detail in the bathroom were there were miniature toiletries and in the bedroom were there were sachets of different teas and hot chocolates. Eva even knocked on our door a few minutes after our arrival to give us a plate of biscuits, Brian loved them. The communal areas were clean, bright and furnished in a modern yet very comfortable style. Breakfast is between 8 and 10. The breakfast is quite simply the icing on the cake, it is the piece de resistance! I cannot speak highly enough of it. There is much choice but you can have it all ( as we did) and enjoy a freshly baked croissant, orange juice, tea and then a full english breakfast. This consists of 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs ( made to your specification), beans, tomato, mushrooms and toast. It is made to perfection and sets you up brilliantly for the day. An additional perk worth mentioning is that on arrival Eva will give you a laminated permit to place in your car window that gives you free parking very close to the Roundhouse. What more can i say? Stay here!

Mom,Dad and our 8 year old son stayed just for 2 nights over Easter.
This B & B is different from all the other frilly, tacky b & b's.
The owner Eva (Austrian) makes you feel really welcome and put us in the gorgeous room overlooking to beach/harbour.
We had a king size gorgeous wooden carved bed with designer sheets and throws. Very comfy - infact too comfy - you dont want to get out of it!
Our son slpet in a single bed with beautiful crisp white linen. Gorgeous.
The wetroom is so chic and trendy. All very clean and chic.
A real treat for a couple of nights.
Breakfast was gorgeous. Order night before. Lots of choice. Hot crossaints, warm walnut bread, Ful english, scrambelled, poached, eggs ........... Basically Eva would cook what ever you want. Shes a real gem.
Very arty farty place but not stuck up at all. Just chill and relax.
I would definately go back to this b & b.
Probably a bit more expensive from the rest but you get what you pay for.
Well Done Eva - if only the rest could follow in your footsteps!

Everything about this B&B was good. The owner was warm, helpful and friendly.
Nothing was too much trouble for her and her staff.
The room was lovely; comfortable, cosy, great views, good bed, and furnished with flair.
Lying on a chaise longue, reading, and able to see the harbour on one side, and the bay on the other, made it really worth the boutique hotel price.
The house is warm, the breakfasts very good. For once I had the feeling that she related to us as real people who she wanted to make relaxed and comfortable, rather than just £-making units to be processed through.
