We came on a Saturday night at around 8pm, took us a good few minutes waiting to get seated. It must have been their busiest time of the week but the waitors seemed in no hurry to get to us or some of the other people there. We were served eventually but were warned that due to a few larger parties that our food would take a little bit longer. We did not expect to wait about an hour. The waitor popped his head in a couple times to reassure us that our food was on its way, and did so in a very friendly way, but we were not warned when we came in that our food would take about an hour. Upon receiving our food we were not approached once by a waitor asking if everything was okay or if we needed any more drinks. When our food eventually came it was excellent. I wouldn't say it was worth the long wait, but if you go to Chillis and get served at the usual pace then I would recommend. Perhaps avoid it during the busy periods
