We were by Brewers Quay at 4.30 pm on a March Wednesday. All tea shops firmly shut, and although pubs were open, it was indeed time for tea. To find this lovely cosy place open was a treat indeed as was the service and tea. Tea served in tall china pots and hot water freely offered ( although not needed as the pots were so large). Warm fruit scone and warm Dorset apple cake were tasty.
Lunch options looked appealing with plenty of choices including items such as tarteflette which make us ponder the option of a lunch time return.
Very reasonably priced.
