“enjoyable visit, expensive though”
Reviewed July 9, 2013

spent a very sunny day here and we loved it. loads to see and not too spread out so not too much walking for small toddlers. my little boy especially loved the pool and water park. best to try and see some of the animal talks, these are interesting. didn't try the food, took our own, which was great as plenty of picnic benches there.

they could have done with an ice cream stall, as the only ice cream thay had was branded ice creams out of a freezer.

the best way to get value for money here is to use tesco clubcard vouchers. £8.50 of vouchers gets you a one person ticket, which is usually £22.50 per person, and no discounts for children!

also be aware of the car park charges, its basically £1 per hour to park there

Dear Miranda_E80

Thank you for your recent review, glad to hear you enjoyed the talks and that your son enjoyed the Splash Zone so much. We will take on board your ice cream feedback too and make sure our food team are aware of your comments.

With the entry price children aged 0-2 are free of charge and we have a family pricing offer for anyone who doesn't have Tesco Clubcard or Discount Vouchers so it is only £17.25 per person. If you purchase in advance online on our website this reduces to just £15.50 per person and includes all the cluster facilities.

We hope to welcome you back again soon

Kind regards

Lucy

“Excellent - but only with discount!!!”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

We booked the sea life centre through Waterside Holiday Park where we were staying and got it for £11 per person, that's a very fair price. It genuinely isn't worth the price at the door so if your going try to get a discount from somwhere before going. Also beware, if your driving there's a charge fro the car park at the centre, approx £1.10 per hour so allow for this. The park is good for kids as there are outdoor pool areas so bring their swimming stuff. For adults it's ok, Worth a day out if your in the area.

Dear Chris_Haugh

Thank you for your recent review of Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park glad to read you enjoyed your visit. Unfortunately the car park is council run so we have no influence over the pricing (however we do lobby regularly trying to negotiate discounts).

With the entry prices children aged 0-2 are free of charge if you purchase in advance online on our website entrance is just £15.50 per person and includes all the cluster facilities.

Kind regards

Lucy

“Quite expensive given what there is to do...”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

We had a flying visit, only really an hour or so of entertainment but if you are local it's ideal to get a yearly pass as the children can use the facilites!! I liked the seals the most! worth a visit but costly for what you can see.

Dear Hanloje

Thank you for your recent review of Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park - sorry to hear you didn't have enough time to enjoy all of the Park during your flying visit. On average we see from our customer feedback that guests stay between 2-5 hours at the Park if they participate in the talks and watch feeds as well as looking round. Of course at the moment with the warmer weather more guests stay to enjoy the Splash zone to cool off the kids too!

We sell a range of annual passes at the Park from the SEA LIFE Annual Pass to the Merlin Passes which are excellent value as they include all Merlin attractions - and if you purchase a pass during your visit we refund your entry price too!

Hope we can welcome you to the Park again soon and that you can spend the day with us

Kind regards

Lucy

“Fantastic”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

We enjoyed the whole day out there, the little ones aged 5 and 3 were so happy and surprised to see all the sea life. I would highly recommend a visit but it would be better on a good weather day as you have to go outside to different buildings and in the rain would not be as good. There are rides all included and a splash and pool area which are only good if weather permits. But we had a fun day, and also go tickets for the Weymouth Tower.

“Great day out with added bonus”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

What a great day out at a great price. We were staying at Haven and got discounted tickets and what a bargain they were.
We got day passes to the Center where we could come and go all day, the added bonus which I wasnt expecting was the Sealife Tower was in with price. I thought we might have to pay extra for it but was VERY happy we didnt. Also we had 14 days to use the Tower Passes so that was lovely also as we might not have fancied it on the day and decide to go on it another day.
We however used the passes the same day and the Tower gives you the chance to view Weymouth from a different view which is lovely and highly recommended.
Lots to do in theb Sealife center and we went around it three times. Went first thing in the morning which was nice and quiet, then went to the Tower and then went back and had some lunch there to break the day up. Took a leisurely stroll round twice more then and saw different things each time and was nice not to feel rushed.
