My Husband and I with my Husband's parents stayed at this lovely B&B just before Christmas. The host Helen was very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were clean, well equipped and warm. Plenty of choice for breakfast including fresh fruit, yogurt and substantial cooked breakfast. The B&B was only a short walk to the harbour and town centre. Parking was easy as we were given a parking permit and were always able to find a space near the B&B. We would certainly recommend this B&B and go back again ourselves.

Room Tip: We had a double room called Weymouth Bay overlooking the rear with no traffic noise. Parents stayed...

Good location, short walk to town and near beach.
Stayed 3 nights and had a good night's sleep every night.
Good breakfast and extra's i.e cereals, fruit, yoghurts and offered as much toast as we wanted.
The owner was lovely and had a good balance of being helpful without being overpowering.
Although the room and shower cubicle were small, it was however very adequate.
Would recommend this as a good place to stay.

I have stayed at this guest house year in and year out and it always has a warm welcome, great breakfast and very good rooms, the owners are brilliant and will always give you great advice on where to eat or go, situated very near the beach you can see the beach from the beach cam on there web site, Parking is easy with a parking permit always available from Helen at the Philbeach.
Please visit web site to check for yourselves.
If you want a stay away in Weymouth or just a base to visit surrounding areas you will find no friendlier welcome than at the Philbeach from Helen & Dudley
Alison & Malcolm

Room Tip: All rooms are very good you need to look at the web site to check which suits you best.

Helen is one of the best breakfast cooks you will find anywhere. Rooms are smart and comfortable. Philbeach is almost on the beach so no time is wasted looking for a car park - and buses and trains are not much further away. It's always service with a smile and what more could anyone want!

Excellent stay! The owners were very welcoming, bedroom was comfortable and breakfast was faultless. Would highly recommend this b&b for anyone staying in Weymouth. It is perfectly situated for the town and the beach and parking is simple with the permits that are supplied by the owners.
