Loved the house, its situation in historic Beverley and so convenient for all amenities! Beverley market and Georgian buildings are so much are so worth a mooch round whether you are shopping or not.
Really close to station too so 16 minutes on train into Hull. Enjoyed so much of both places, went to the gallery in Beverley then several city of culture exhibitions including Turner and the Whale which was stunning!
Pipe and Glass finished all off in style and only 20 minutes in taxi! Always impeccable restaurant!
Susan is the perfect host and so responsive so thanks for our memorable trip!
This was our second stay with our young family and yet again we had a fantastic time. The cottage is great, where a cot/bed guard can be provided free of charge for your little ones, and Beverley is a lovely place to stay, with the seaside and Hull a short drive/train ride away! Would highly recommend!
Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish, it was easy to find and was in probably the perfect location for the town center, a few minutes walk to all that Beverley as to offer. The property was spotlessly clean and everything you could need for a self catering holiday was provided for.
The hot tub was the high light of the holiday with our son making full use of this every day of the stay, the log fire was also used and it made holidaying at the end of October very comfortable. The property is small and compact but this didn't affect us with just the 3 of us, however if there were for example 4 adults I would say that for a stay of a week or more then the storage space for hanging of clothes is limited, there's plenty of draw storage but I like to hang my clothes.
The only thing I would say is that anyone with less that good mobility might be aware of the staircase which is very narrow and steep particularly at the bottom where there is a tight turn making taking a decent size suitcase upstairs quite difficult, but other than that the property is highly recommended.

Just got back from a 2 night stay at Bright Moments, this cottage/town house is fantastic!
We came across it on the Internet as we wanted to stay in a cottage with a hot tub, in Yorkshire. Our children aged 9 and 6 have been desperate to visit Eden Camp and York including the national railway museum so this location worked really well.
Susan the owner was very professional on the telephone when booking and taking payment. The communication has been exceptional from booking to the key return.
We received a text whilst visiting Eden Camp on the first day of our trip to say the accommodation was ready for us.
The cottage is clean and very well furnished. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
The beds were made up on arrival and there was towels provided.
There was a flat screen tv in lounge and a small tv and DVD player in the twin room, DVDs, books and board games and we made use of all of these during our stay.
The highlight for us was the hot tub and the court yard garden. The view of the Minster is fab! Especially in the dark lit up from the hot tub.
Beverley town centre is a stone throw away. We ate out the first evening at prezzo. They is a lot of choice of eateries from chains such as pizza express, prezzo and ask to independent restaurants and cafes. The second evening we got fish and chips from the local fish and chip shop and again this was within easy reach and lovely.
We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast but it is well equipped if you intended to cook during your stay and a plus of a small dishwasher to save washing up!
The town of Beverley is quaint and the shop are lovely. We were so impressed. Susan has compiled a good information booklet about the area.
Our experience at Bright Moments is one we will never forget. We feel Susan and her beautiful accommodation deserved a excellent review. We will defiantly be booking again as we still have lots of Yorkshire we would like to see and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when in this area.
What a fantastic place. Clean & location superb. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Hot tub in the shadows of the minster till 10pm if you'd like to. Local shops, bars, town centre & train station at gtge end of the road too. Easy link to Hull
