I will ditto Jess D as we had room 102 obviously not at the same time. We were there from Wednesday 3rd April to Friday 5th April. room did get stuffy despite having the windows fully open and radiator off. But on the whole slept well, very comfy bed. We also had someone who I had said to my husband was obviously trying to make up their 10,000 steps in the middle of the night, couldn't hear any talking or telly noise just floor creaking ,luckily there was no one in the room on our 2nd night unless they were very light on their feet. Other than that, wonderful hotel and could not fault anything. We bought our dog and were made to feel very welcome and the maid even made his bed up arranging his toys :) We ate in the bar on both nights as we could take our dog in. Chairs were not the most comfortable especially the ones at the higher tables that were better for eating at food was lovely. Had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant both mornings dogs are not allowed in there but you can eat in the bar if you want to keep your dog with you. Ours enjoyed a little lay in while we ate. Hotel is very handy for the beaches and town all easy walk and there is large grass area directly opposite the hotel before the golf course so really handy for running the dogs out early morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Dear sluxy, thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are thrilled that you loved your experience, we put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in every day!
As the hotel is under new ownership we have spent time and effort to ensure the rooms are to a high standard as well as the public areas, so we are thrilled you love it just as much as we do!
I do apologize for your disturbed nights sleep from the room above, we are looking into better sound proofing for the bedroom rooms in the not to distant future, but i am glad this didn't ruin your time with us!
I am so pleased you could enjoy our new Breakfast menu, next time you can all dine together as we do like to make sure your four legged friend is looked after too!
Thanks again for your kind words and we look forward to seeing you again.

My Mom and I traveled from the U.S. to visit the U.K. We stayed a night at the Hebasca and couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff was very friendly, food was superb, decor was fresh and energetic, and the rooms were clean.

We arrived to a really warm welcome, check in was smooth and we received our key card with free wifi code!! Loved that it was a contactless card, I've not seen that before. The hotel has a very trendy/funky feel to it with lots of nice artwork in the public areas. We stayed for two nights with our dog. Saturday night they were fully booked and we were in room 102 (medium double, ground floor). It's a good sized room with a built in shower cubicle, tiny wardrobe, tall chest of draws, proper ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities and a really comfy bed. The two downsides to this room are 1) despite having small windows that open, the room did get stuffy during the night (without the heating on); 2) there is very little by way of soundproofing from the room directly above - we could hear every footstep and the running water from the bathroom and toilet flushing. Not the end of the world but the people staying above us were clearly trying to get 10,000 steps entirely in their room and seemed to fall out of the bed drunk in the early hours of the morning. It was annoying as they were very heavy footed and at some points we fully expected to see debris coming off the ceiling - I should say, there were no cracks so it's obviously fine. We rang reception around 11pm to see if we could be moved to a different room but they were fully booked but they did offer to move us for our second night. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked, the usual fruit, pastries, cereals and toast along with a variety of cooked options. We ate in the restaurant both nights and had the option of the bar or restaurant menu - everything was amazing and such good value. Highly recommend the roast dinner on Sunday, it was huge and excellent value at £14 for two courses or £17 for three. As promised we were moved to another room (108) for our second night. This is a much larger room with all the features mentioned above and an ipad, mini fridge, full bath and shower overhead, seating areas and an extra large bed which is probably the best bed I've ever slept in. There isn't a room above it and we heard very little from the room next door. All the staff that we encountered were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we were genuinely sad we couldn't have stayed longer. We will definitely be back to this gem of a hotel.

Room tip: Room 108 overlooks the small car park, only has one room to the side and none above it otherwise I would request a room on the top floor.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very funky,it was nice to stay in a hotel with a bit of character and funky art work rather than the usual standard boring places. The bar is lovely and perfect for a drink before we headed out for a family party.
