Absolute fabulous, fresh tasty resonable prices. Very friendly people in service and must for every fish eating lover. Do not miss it. Mind you the person writing this is a greek, very picky on good well prepared fish diners.

Best fish and chips I've found around Stirling and the Trossachs area. Consistently well-cooked fish in lovely crispy batter, and the chips are always lovely. The sit-down cafe area has an extensive menu with much more choice than the average chippy. Recommended.

Nicely done out restaurant with a takeaway fish & chip shop attached. The menu is only small and mainly fish based (as you'd expect from the name) but everything is freshly cooked to order and my wife was very impressed by the smoked fish chowder. It was fairly quiet when we visited and service was very fast, but its only small so probably worth booking at busy times.

Visited the area today and decided to get a fish and chip tea before heading home.

Entered the shop at 6.10pm, placed order and was told to come back at 6.45 pm as there was a backlog of orders. Slightly taken aback by this but had heard it was a good fish supper so agreed on the terms. Went back at 6.45 to find the queue out the door. To cut a long story short eventually got the food about 7pm.

The guy serving was obviously stressed out and chucked my change on the counter for me to lift then he disappeared leaving my order ready but sitting down where he had wrapped it. Just I was going to stretch over and take it he came back. A lot of unhappy looking customers in the shop either waiting for or to order food. Bit of a shambles.

The fish itself was a bit of a disappointment, not only was it very small but there never seemed to be a decent portion of chips in my box, my wife had more chips but again very small fish. You would expect a bit more, was just about enough to fill me up for a couple of hours. I would not be in a hurry to use the place again on my next visit. It tasted ok but cant say anything good about the experience.

Very nice but small restaurant so you might be best to book as there are only about 10 tables. Very good fish and chips, the fish portion could be bigger and this was offset by masses / too many chips, but reasonable value I would say. They do half portions of everything for the kids which is great, but as the adult portions aren't massive this only applies to little ones.
