Everything is nice except interior. Interior is old and poor.

BUT: you'll have delicious food for reasonable price. This food will look like delicious food.

Though, speaking frankly cheesecake is not so lovely as it could be. So don't order it :)
Have a good time. recommend you to visit.

Stayed in Callander this past April. Our hosts recommended Mohr Fish. We all had the fish and chips - outstanding. Flaky, fried just right and so tasty. The homemade tarter sauce is the best. Our server was very helpful and food delivered promptly, fresh and hot. Three cheers for locally sourced and well cooked seafood.

The wife had read about the Mhor establishments on the web and, as we were passing thru Callander anyway, we decided to pop in for a sit-down ‘high-quality’ fish and chip lunch. The fish was indeed of a very high quality – absolutely delicious – and the chips and homemade tartare sauce weren’t far behind. The café area was tastefully decorated and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

This is a high end chippy though and if you’re expecting cheap as chips you’ll get a shock. I happen to think a tenner for a top notch plate of fish and chips is perfectly acceptable and, judging by how busy the place was, I’m not the only one.

Well worth a visit.

We had two good dishes here, one their signature fish and chips. Both were tasty and well prepared. Not the most romantic surroundings (it's a rather cramped dining area, and the tables and chairs are basic), but good, fresh fish from people who know how to source and cook it.

We stopped at this small restaurant for lunch on our way north and had some very good fish and chips and delicious deep-fried calamari. They also have a fresh fish counter where we bought fresh hake to cook ourselves at our journey's end. Well worth the stop.

Thank simila
