This restaurant/tea room is a great asset to the village, the owners always give a warm welcome and the food is good value and freshly cooked. I strongly recommend that you make the effort and visit this wonderful place, I could give more praise but I would only be repeating what has already been said in previous reviews.

Found this as i was passing through on business - really nice place. Staff lovely - had a late lunch and the food was fantastic,
tea served in proper china tea pots and china cups and saucers to boot !

All in all a lovely place to eat lunch :-)

This little restaurant/tea room has been warmly welcomed by the villagers who find it just perfect to pop into for a good home cooked meal, or tea/coffee. We always go to their Theme nights (Greek etc.) and although the choice is limited it means you have really fresh food served by delightufl people who get to know all their customers well. The prices are highly competitive and it is lovely to be able to walk down there, taking your own wine.

If you want a really friendly, small reataurant, with real home cooked food you will not get better value anywhere
