This is a lovely B & B on a working farm staying in a lovely old house. I only stayed one night but was very impressed with the friendly welcome, spotlessly clean room, en suite bathroom. It was well equipped and even a choice of teas which is rare! cannot fault it and a delicious breakfast in the morning.

Just spent the weekend here whilst attending a function at Badminton House nearby. A really warm welcome by Victoria and Geoffrey and all their gorgeous dogs. Nothing was too much trouble and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in for ages. Breakfast was a delight. Fresh fruit and delicious cooked breakfast, crisp white tablelinen and even fresh strawberries on the table. We look forward to returning soon.

A good stop off point for the Marlborough area with so much to do. Our hostess had kindly put on the heating in our room (an exceptionally cold wet June evening) and we could regulate it ourselves, bliss! She'd kindly booked us a table at the Rattlebone Inn in Sherston 2 miles away which was atmospheric with pleasant food. Our bed at Manor Farm was exquisitely comfortable and large and the view over the garden and paddock was a pleasure on drawing back the curtains the next day. A minor point - there was only the bath, no shower or even small plastic jug for hair washing - I'm sure our thoughtful hosts will quickly rectify. The dining table and breakfast were delightful and cooked to perfection with fresh strawberries available. We will definitely go back.

Lovely warm welcome by Victoria and her husband. Beautiful house, lovely comfortable room and super breakfast. Very enjoyable stay at The Manor Farm and great food at the friendly local pub that Victoria recommended and kindly made a dinner reservation for us. Thank you. Sarah.

We found this delightful B&B by chance to break up the journey on the way to our holiday to Devon. We loved it so much we cut our stay in Devon short (the accomodation was so dire) to finish our holiday on a high note.
We were made to feel so at home by Victoria and Geoffery and found it to be most relaxing and welcoming. This is a working farm and were allowed to visit the horses and play with the dogs. Our 4 year old daughter made herself quite at home following the dogs into the kitchen and offering Hector (cutest dog) loads of cuddles.
Breakfast was delicious. The area is rural with some fantastic pubs (hosts will recommend and book) set in beautiful country side. There is not a sound to be heard at night.
An absolute must for anyone wanting "to get away from it all" or tourists wanting a taste of "ye olde England". We look forward to visiting again soon.

Jackie

Travelling solo is not always easy, but this was the most relaxing stay in a bed and breakfast I have ever had. The surroundings and the farmhouse are beautiful of course, but it is the attention to detail which really matters. The Manor Farm has fresh flowers in the rooms, snowy bedlinen, lashings of hot water, plenty of good quality books and magazines for guests - in short it is a real "indulge yourself" experience. Planned just to be a stop on the way to my "real" holiday, it became without doubt a very special part of the holiday itself.

The warmth of the welcome I received set me up nicely for a one night stay in gorgeous surroundings, with a great room and sumptuous breakfast. Victoria and Geoff are charming hosts who instantly make you feel at ease and at home and as for value for money you'll see by my use of superlatives that I feel a got a steal at the price I paid.

Highly recommended.
