Just returned from kellyhevlin after a 2 night stay and we decided to use the spa facilities on the second day.I you are looking for a nice relaxing swim or jacquzzi experience then this is definetly not the place to visit.I was more like a leisure centre pool with children shouting and diving in the pool and most of the time my partner and i could not hear each other talk.

Dear "colinbez"
Thank you for reviewing your visit to Killyhevlin on a 2 night break. We are delighted you had the opportunity during your stay to avail of our Health Club. Since its opening it has been quite the success with a large private membership as well as being available free of charge to hotel and chalets residents. Children thoroughly enjoy the pool facilities and those under 16 should be supervised by their own parent or guardian whilst using the pool areas and signage is in place advising on best behaviour when in the pool hall. The pool areas are "child free" from 7.00pm each evening allowing adults a quieter time to relax and enjoy the wet areas. The adjoining Spa area has a relaxation area for those clients having Spa treatments to wait and relax in and is well sound proofed, booking is recommended. Thank you for your comments, kind regards, Leigh Watson, HR Manager.

As we were staying at the hotel for a night I booked my boyfriend and I in for massages for the Monday morning. Unfortunately when I phoned 2 weeks prior to our stay there was only one time slot on one day available so I would advise getting in touch in advance to ensure you can get the time and treatment that you want. We were told to arrive 15 mins before our allotted time which we did and were left to sit there for over 20 minutes before anyone spoke to us. The spa itself seemed small in comparison to others I have been to and we weren't shown to a relaxation room or anything. However, the staff were very friendly and the massage was great!

In addition, we paid two visits to the pool and other spa facilities. The gym was very well equipped for being quite small and the pool facilities were very good too. The view is the best thing about it all but we really enjoyed our time there, would definitely go back and would recommend it.

Dear "victoria_jamison"
Thank you for taking time to review your one night stay with us at Killyhevlin. We are delighted you enjoyed your spa massage and found our spa team friendly. We agree and highly recommend pre-booking appointments for the spa to avoid disappointment and to ensure your first choice of appointment is available - some appointments take longer than others and can affect the schedule for the day. At the time of your visit we only had 4 treatment rooms and had no relaxation to show you to!. Since February 2014 we have added 2 extra treatment rooms and a relaxation area to raise the overall experience for the spa guest. Thank you for the recommendation and we look forward to you making a return visit, kindest regards, Leigh Watson, HR Manager.

Dear "id2010"
Thank you very much for such thoughtful feedback on your first ever massage experience. Our girls will be delighted that you felt at ease and enjoyed the treatment - it can be a bit sore when they tackle those knotty bits over shoulders and round the neck. Maybe we'll see you back to try the hot stones - that's really great!! Thank you once again and kindest regards, Leigh Watson, HR Manager.

Myself and two friends had a wonderful day at the Killyhevlin Spa on Saturday. We booked a half-day retreat (£65 each) and our treatments and the facilities were beautiful.
However, we were a little put off by the lack of smiles or thank yous from some of the spa staff (one in particular). I felt there was no need for the attitude, especially since we were paying customers and Fermanagh's tourism industry is usually regarded as one of it's positive features. No complaints what-so-ever about the girls giving the treatments and most likely would return but just thought I'd flag it up.
Some of the best and most peaceful views in Northern Ireland and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
