Lovely, friendly, welcoming hotel. First thing we noticed was the very warm reception and welcome we received. The suite we stayed in was fantastic and spacious, excellent bathroom facilities. Food was excellent, could not be faulted. Only downfall was the lack of air conditioning as we stayed during peak summer conditions however every other area was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Excellent location and lots of fantastic sights nearby to visit!

We stayed there for one night. First thing you notice is the friendly and welcoming staff at the reception and the very nice and modern design. The room was large, clean with very nice and big bathroom and also a comfortable bed. The only flaw was that the floor was creaking when you walked which was a little annoying. Very good breakfast with a nice variety at the buffet and the omelet we ordered was delicious and huge. Also it has a free parking space.

A wonderfully refurbished hotel, that at first glance looks industrial from the outside, but inside you are greeted by a very clean, stylish and homely feel. The hotel staff are very professional and eager to please from the outset. The only downfall is that the rooms have no air conditioning and when staying during summer months the temperature in the room feels like that of a blast furnace.

Overall a cracking little hotel in a beautiful region of Northern Ireland

I stayed here on business for a week and had the most pleasant business stay I've had for a very long while. The team including the management/owners could not do enough to make my stay more comfortable. The owner even gave me a lift to work on my first day so I'd know where I was going!

I ate in the bar (Wildes) and in the restaurant (Becketts) and both serve great quality produce cooked perfectly well. The excellent, efficient and friendly service adds the final touch. Cocktails in the bar were professionally made and superb. Ask Alex for a Soprano - lush and created by him specifically for Wildes. The decor throughout is modern, funky and sometimes provocative in such a way that you can't help but smirk - a sign in the bar suggests that you put two fingers up at the world and enjoy a whiskey. The Irish hospitality that people refer to is definitely alive and well here.

It is located just a few minutes walk from the town centre so it's close to bars, restaurants, tourist spots and the theatre although there was nothing worthy of note on during my stay.

I really can't recommend this place more and if I ever had reason to come back to Enniskillen then I would certainly book to stay here. If I lived in Fermanagh I'd celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, Tuesdays and any other reason I could find in the bar and restaurant. I loved it!

Approaching this hotel our hearts sank - it's in a very unprepossessing area and is rather hard to find. However, once you get in there it's really very pleasant, newly decorated and refitted, very modern - all mod cons except airconditioning which others have mentioned, but to be fair, the weather in Ireland is not normally hot enough to require it. All staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very nice. So, have faith, get past the grotty derelict sites around it, and give it a try. Suggestion to management: get some potted plants or small trees in tubs to improve the ambience of the exterior and the approach to the hotel and car park. It looks very bleak on the outside.
