my partner , our child and myself stayed in a family room over the twelfth of july celebrations . staff were very , very friendly , couldn't have been nicer.
weather was really hot , unfortunately room had no aircon. although a fan was provided for second night .room service menu stopped at 10pm , bit disappointing .
rooms were scrupulously clean as was hotel in general, food in bar was ok , breakfast was quite nice.
value for money just ok at £300 for family room and breakfasts for 2 nights .

Stayed here with my family in June for 2 nights, staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was decorated to a very high standard, rooms were very clean and comfy and the food was delicious, would recommend to anyone.

Rooms are superb and there is very modern décor throughout the hotel. The staff were also very friendly during our stay. Only criticisms were that there was a lack of options on the menu in the restaurant for dinner and our room got too hot so air conditioning would have been helped.

My partner and I stayed here on our first trip to Northern Ireland to visit Co. Fermanagh where his recently-deceased grandmother came from. What a great find this was. It's tucked away off the Omagh road which is no bad thing as it means it's quiet. It has been recently refurbished (in the last couple of years, I believe) and its décor is a little dark for some tastes but not for ours.

As mentioned by so many, the welcome is excellent. Big smiles and friendly greetings from the reception staff. Very clean throughout. Very well-sized room and spotless bathroom. Plenty of storage space for our four-day stay.

The breakfasts were very good. The omelettes are huge! Wide choice from cooked full Irish breakfast through a good selection of pastries, cereals and healthier options.

We ate in the hotel each night as it was easy for us and, to be frank, with food as good as we got, we had no reason to venture elsewhere. On the first night we ate in the main restaurant and had excellent food. Steak was cooked to perfection and after three courses, we were replete! The other two nights we ate in the bar. There was no compromise on quality though. good-sized portions and excellent presentation.

Throughout out stay, the staff were courteous, polite and helpful.

My partner and his parents intend to travel to Enniskillen in the near future; they will definitely be staying here.

Myself, my husband and our four children stayed here the night of our friends wedding. I have to say that having stayed at a number of hotels previous to this one, on our arrival i was immediately impressed by how warm and friendly the staff were.

Apart from being a guest at the wedding, i was also charged with dressing the venue for the bride and groom. I have been in this business now for a number of years and in all that time i have never come across more accommodating hotel staff. They went out of their way and often beyond the call of duty to make sure that i had everything i needed to get the job done. Dale, the hotel manager, put himself and staff at my disposal and this made a huge difference.

As a guest at the hotel, i can say that there are not many hotels whose staff know how to strike the balance between being professional and having an open, warm and welcoming attitude. i was immediately at ease and knew that my family would be well catered for. The staff did all in their power to ensure we had the most comfortable stay.

I thought the boutique style interiors were fantastic and your comfort was not compromised in any way for style. The rooms were well appointed and had all the facilities you would expect from a top flight hotel. The beds were very comfortable and i was reluctant to get my self out from under the covers.

I have to say the food at this hotel is outstanding! what can i say? the food served up at the wedding breakfast was one of the best, if not the best, that i have had. Every mouthful was a pure delight, not only did it taste good but it was a feast for the eyes, there was not one mediocre course. Well, i was left speechless when i came down for breakfast the following morning and realised that i could expect the same for breakfast in terms of quality. There is only so much i can say about the food, you just have to try the restaurant for yourself.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, our stay was a total delight and i highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again.

I attended a wedding at Enniskillen Hotel last weekend with my family. First impressions were good the staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed the night of the wedding. The rooms was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and kitted out with fluffy towels and the usual little toiletries. Breakfast in the morning was excellant. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time from the wedding and the over night stay. Food was excellant at the wedding.

The good - very polite staff. Central. Cosy. Decent bathroom and shower. The bad - a horrific grey colour throughout the hotel that makes it look very drab and depressing. Screaming and roaring at 4am from some inconsiderate guests that woke many people (I know because a few guests mentioned it at the breakfast). My wife was giving a lecture at a local college the following morning, and was awake for hours because of the noise. She never got back to sleep after it. The receptionist wasn't prepared to apologise for it. She just said that the hotel was powerless to do anything about it. I dunno. Surely a night porter should get involved ? Maybe he was unaware of it ? The breakfast was decent, but the breakfast room very cramped. Overall it was very pricey here for one night. I probably would seek out other accommodation the next time.
