I was greeted by a friendly, helpful receptionist. My room was spacious and very clean, the tea and coffee facilities were really welcome. The service and food in the restaurant were very good. An excellent, modern and centrally placed hotel which gave good value for money. Don't hesitate about staying here.

My husband and I stayed here on a last-minute whim for three nights over the holiday period. Booked online on their website the day before we arrived and got a great deal at £149 pp for three nights BB and two dinners (one in the bar and one in the restaurant). Had to settle for a twin room as it was the only type left but didn't mind. On arrival the receptionist (Samantha) was really welcoming, and actually upgraded us to a King room FOC, which was a nice bonus. The hotel is spotless (even the public toilets in the bar were the cleanest I have ever come across in a hotel), and the decor is plush, yet unfussy, with marble floors and a delightful winding staircase the feature of the foyer/reception. The rooms are generous, very clean and very well appointed, with lots of info provided on activites and attractions in the area. The reception staff were also extremely accommodating in arranging activities for us and providing information on boat times etc.

The food in the bar was simple, well-cooked favourites from the restaurant kitchen (lasagne, shepherd's pie etc). No shortcuts here - you could tell the dishes had all been prepared from scratch. Also of note, the prices were very reasonable - only one main over a tenner). The restaurant was beautifully decorated - with an open kitchen so you could watch the chefs prepare your meal. The food in the restaurant was of the highest quality - and on a par with any meal I have had in some of the best restaurants in Belfast. I have to eat out on business quite a lot in Belfast, and I'd go so far as to say that it was better than the most recent meals I have had in either Deanes or Cayenne. The wine list was fairly extensive and not overly expensive either. The cooked breakfast was excellent - filling, and not greasy. The service was good, and the staff were polite and eager to please - nothing was too much trouble.

All in all - we had an excellent time here - at £149 pp we thought it was staggeringly good value for what we got. We were also pleasantly surprised at just how much we enjoyed the Enniskillen attractions - the Marble Arch caves are a must, as is a boat trip to Devennish. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples or business travellers. If you have children its worth pointing out that there are no leisure facilities in-house to keep them amused, so go somewhere else if this is what you're after. But if you fancy a chilled weekend, with good food and good wine, in quiet, luxurious and clean surroundings, then this is for you.

We will definitely be back - to sample more of the food!

Travelled from within N.Ireland to attend a friends birthday party just outside Enniskillen. Stayed just 1 night. From we first arrived at this clean and comfortable hotel we were made feel very welcome by very helpful receptionist Mary.. she helped organise a taxi for us....the room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Also ample parking at rear of hotel. Would recommend thi hoteland if back in Enniskillen would not hesitate to stay there.

This hotel is nicely decorated - very contemporary and sleek. There's parking behind the hotel and it's easy to access the surrounding area from here. The breakfast was excellent and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that let it down was a fault with our keycards which meant we had to be let in to our room by staff every time we left. Which was no problem when the lovely lady was on duty, but a rather sullen chap was on later at night and we felt like we'd put him out for asking! Still, that was the only minus - I'd recommend the hotel as a good base for a day or two in Enniskillen.

You get a good feeling about this hotel as soon as you enter reception area.
Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Room was minimalist in decor and very comfortable. Any minor complaints were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Meals in both bar and restaurant were very good and well presented.
A special thanks to Ruaridh, restaurant manager for excellent attention.
