They would sell more pasties and have more happy punters if they just tweaked service in the shop. As described by others, there are frequent queues and the counter service is unbelievably slow. It's almost perverse. For the sake of maybe £20 spent on a junior to help in the shop at peak times they could sort it. Or even just give the staff a short briefing on how to get on with it. Maybe send them on a half day outing to a city of London sandwich bar to see how hundreds of happy customers can be served with fresh made food in a small shop during everyone's tight lunch hour.
