So pleased you enjoyed your lunch. You're right most people are surprised to find somewhere with the setting and grounds like ours in Gateshead. Hopefully we'll see you again soon.

I've been to Eslington Villa a few times now, and it's become one of my favourite places to eat out. It's a beautiful, well looked after hotel and always has a special and relaxing ambience - perfect for a treat or celebration. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient, and the menu is imaginative without being pretentious, focussing on quality ingredients cooked well. Above all they are consistent, and have never disappointed. Thoroughly recommended.

A place with a difference! A very relaxing Hotel with views overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens, you almost feel you are in the middle of the countryside yet it is so central. The staff were very friendly and attentive but let you have your own space. The food was delicious in every repsect, taste, proportion and presentation. Will definitely return it is well worth a visit .

Thanks for the great review. It has been said before that the hotel feels as though it could be in the countryside and not within Gateshead. Thanks again and i hope we will see you again soon

It's a long time since we last dined at Eslington Villa, but have had the good fortune to visit here twice in the last month.
The first was for a birthday bash with about 40 friends. The second was a small family gathering on a Sunday evening.
Quality service and quality food were the order of the day on both occasions.
If your looking to combine your dining experience with the night life of Newcastle, then this may not be the venue for you. If on the other hand you are looking for a high quality venue for business or family occasions, then Eslington VIlla is hard to beat.
The view isn't the best. The grounds overlook a trading estate, but because they are so well maintained, it does't seem to matter.
My only niggle was that a better selection of beers could be offered. Perhaps some bottled local brews.
