Family room booked cost £150, room not set for 3, shower only ran cold. Had no vegetarian alternative for breakfast. But did happily supply me with extra teabags which was nice. Also did have an iron I could use, this was collected from reception and I had to return to reception.

Excellent stay overall, the only let down was the limited opening times of the restaurant.
As we were going to the Ed Sheeran gig in Newcastle which started at 17.00, we had to eat in the town. Everything else was good.

Booked in on an overnight business trip. This hotel is situated on the outskirts of Newcastle.

Short ride in a taxi to Newcastle city center £8-£10

The hotel is easy to find , spacious parking, helpful and courteous staff.

The room was clean and comfortable.towels hand folded on the bed.( not standard).
Showers only available, but it was clean, warm , and had powerful jets with plentiful hot water.

The meals were provided by the Premier Inn restaurant not a Beefeater.

The meals and menu were fine, and the prices were quite reasonable in comparison to other hotels.

Definitely stay here again
Worth considering if you are planning a visit .

Enjoyable relaxing time away will be returning. On arrival was greeted with a smile and checked in very fast. Staff very helpful with arranging taxis when needed. Rooms are large and comfortable. Overall a great stay
