Back again for three days this time. Same warm welcome fom Jane (sadly Gary not so well just now). Lovely comfortable rooms and the best breakfast I have had since the last time we were here! Thoroughly recommended.

Stayed here for 1 night whilst walking across Scotland. The owners very really helpful and could not do enough for us - they made the experience really good. Bed was comfortable and a good nights sleep was had, followed by a satisfying breakfast the following morning. Thoroughly enjoyed this stay and would recommend to all.

We stayed for a week at Kinross House and it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Very clean & Very well kept bedrooms. Breakfast was excellent every morning & the proprietors really make you feel at home unlike some other B & B s. There is a beautiful garden to the rear to relax in, computer access if needed & a lovely lounge to read in if wanted. Very close to the centre of town and close to the river !!! Very Highly Recommended & We Have Booked Again For Next Year.

Room Tip: All The Rooms Are Excellent, It Depends On How Many There Are Of You. High Room I Stayed In Was Very...

We stayed 2 nights at Kinross House and we really liked it:

- the bedrooms are comfy and well equiped
- there is a great communal lounge where you can read, watch tv, play to games, check your emails on a computer, etc
- breakfast is great, very well & freshly cooked
- there are a lot of great information on all the available activities in the area
- we paid only 35£ per person for a double and a single which is an excellent value for money
- and last but not least, Jane, who is running the B&B, is very kind, helpful, resourceful and friendly

It was a really nice stay and we would definitly come back again in the future.

Jane is superb hostess. Very friendly and tremendously helpful. Her B & B is clean, bright and well appointed. She has hands down the best breakfast we had in a B & B in our entire trip to Scotland. Kinross house is well located both for walkers and road travellers. Highly recommended.

Warmest smiles our woes belay, breakfast fit to greet the day, as the fishers chat away, just a stroll to find the Spey, go find dolphins in the bay, trek or wander as you may, so much out there, let's just say - there's no better holiday!

Lovely place to stay. Exzellent hosts, fantastic breakfast and a very quite place. Very good base for our golf tours. We always feel like at home when we are with Garry and Jane. Even as German visitors.
