We stayed for 2 weeks with our little Westie Puddles. Sue made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, even twice supplying water and sponge when the seagulls decorated my car. Puddles was supplied with a sausage every morning and plenty of treats, Sue genuinely really does love dogs, its not just a gimmick advertising dog friendly like some others we have experienced in the past.
The room was clean and tidy and regularly topped up with treats tea coffee etc, we loved it.
Breakfast is plentiful and the B&B is full of laughter, Sue has a giant personality and booming laugh. We would not consider staying anywhere else if we are ever in the area again.
Thanks Sue from Rob Sue and Puddles.

Great welcome upon arrival by bubbly Sue who immediately made us feel at home.We stayed in the Poppy room which was beautifully themed and very clean.Plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits, chocs and our dog Kiera even had treats, The bed was very comfy and we had coffee making machine, radio clock, big wall TV, En suite room and it really homely. Our breakfast was very hearty, hot and a good choice on menu. Our dog was also cooked a sausage each morning too.It was only a stones throw to the shops, beach, park and places to eat..Stayed a week and could not fault the place. Sue you we great.

Room Tip: Some rooms are for smokers

We had 2 nights here with our 2 Jack Russells (Tuppence & Boy) We were all made to feel very welcome by Sue... Treats & hugs for the dogs on arrival, Info on dog friendly pubs & beaches etc for us. Room was clean, huge & VERY comfortable bed for us and a single for our canine companions. The full English Breakfast was delicious & Sue even gave us some sausages for the dogs both mornings. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for dog owners who want to visit Great Yarmouth. Perfect location too (Its a stone's throw from the beach/shops/banks) We will definitely stay here again. x

Room Tip: This B&B has not got a swimming pool, but i have given it 5 stars anyway as i want to give top m...

We only spent one night here because we were on a business trip. Sue is great a very down to earth nice person. She gave us a great welcome and fussed our old dog 'Carrie'. We were taken to our room (the coffee room) which was small but had all you need including a shower, tea making and t.v. we were also welcomed with biscuits and chocolates ! The B+B is right in the heart of Yarmouth and I don't think you could have got better. Parking was easy because Sue provides you with a permit for your stay we parked a few yards away. Breakfast was good and sets you up for the day. This is one of the best B+Bs we have stayed at especially because we felt so welcomed with our dog and lastly the the cost was very reasonable.

We only had 1 night here as we were in the area working. Sue is a diamond, very welcoming. We had a large van and sometimes struggle to park, Sue moved her own car so we could get parked nearby. I love the themed rooms. Plenty of room, clean, ensuite with hot shower and a breakfast to set us up for another days work. We will be going back! thanks for making me feel at home.

Just had a last minute couple of nights away and chose Seashells mainly because of our dog. Cannot praise this place enough. We were made so welcome, plenty of tea and coffee in room, chocolates and treats for the dog. The bed was massive, such a good nights sleep and to top it off, fabulous full English, with everything you would like. Sue even let us take fish and chips back, lovely lady. Will definitely return here, really good location and lovely host

This B&B is REALLY dog friendly!

Sasha, our 11 month old puppy was made to feel welcomeby Sue, the owner, on arrival (not just the usual...ok you have a dog...make sure it behaves)

She was given some home made treats when she arrived and a sausage at every breakfast for her morning snack.

Sue is a wonderful friendly lady who you cannol fail to warm to!

The room was cosy with a huge bed with a dog friendly throw on top for napping dogs!

Beware the full english breakfast... good enough to make anyone break their diet, with extremely tasty bacon to die for.

Thoroughly recommended for anyone who wants to stay near the seafront in a central position in Great Yarmouth even if you are not accompanied by a hound or two.
