“Good place for memories”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 1, 2014

Yesterday's is on sea front opposite a keep fit complex, it cost £8 each and that came with pot of tea and cake but you can have £6 without thats for adults. It got disable lift, building on 2 floors with plenty to see from edwardian times to to WW2 times. Shops from the past showing children's toys, tools, chemist's,hardware, tabacconist. Sit down show with Queen Vicoria on her history that was about 5 minutes long.
Was plenty of things from the past old bicycles and a front of train from the war years.
When you get to exit there is a book for you to sign if you want, and then you back to entrance and cafe, near the exit door they got a gift shop selling toys sweets gifts, me myself brough back memories of 60's and 70's era.

“Loved it.”

This really brings back memories. There's even a proper carousel to ride and they sell sweets like I had as a kid in the 1950s - the only trouble is that the Pear Drops aren't sixpence a quarter now!

This is great being able to take your children back in time much more exciting than a history lesson.

“Brilliant Museum”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 1, 2014

This is a lovely museum with lots of different historic characters (real and fiction), You walk around with a little radio and press the corresponding number to the area and listen to the different tales. This is a great museum for all ages. Plus if your on a budget you can use the Tesco Clubcard Day Out Vouchers for entrance, which is a bonus.
