The entrance is scruffy and off putting but do not be fooled. Once inside the service, food and wine were all excelent and prices very reasonable. The food is authentic and they dont pander to tourist tastes such as fish and chips or Sunday roast. I went to GY earlier in the year. While we checked out the Regent next door my brother-in-law went down the dingy stairs to the Albatross and decided against it so we went in the Regent. That was a mistake. I wish you could comment on other reviews. The few bad ones on the Albatross are hilarious.
