We stayed here in August when the hotel was fully booked. We booked the deluxe double room with a seaview. The view was lovely & the bed was massive! So so comfortable!

The owners are ever so friendly & addressed me by my name which was a lovely touch that you don't usually get. You can see they put everything into the business & it means a lot to them. There's nice little touches all around the hotel that look like they may of picked them up along their travels so it feels personal & homely aswell.

Breakfast was everything you could want & the service was top.

I don't think there's anything I could fault this hotel on & I wish the owners the best of luck in the future & we will be staying again.

Thank you!

This was our first visit to Willow Tree Lodge and we were very happy with our stay. We booked a sea view executive suite ( room number 4) and the decor in the room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. The only slight negative was that the bathroom was very small and only had a shower but it didn't really matter.

Barry gave us a warm welcome and addressed us by our names before we even told him who we were. You don't always get that kind of service in 5* hotels so it was a lovely touch. The location was perfect for us as we were seeing a show on the pier in the evening and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk along the beachfront.

Breakfast in the morning was presented beautifully with great attention to detail, the beans were served in a seperate mini dish on the plate and the scrambled eggs were decorated with a flower. Something very simple but memorable!

Thank you Barry for a lovely stay we will be back!

The stand out feature of this hotel was attention to detail, even the website looks great.
Barry and Ben made us feel more than welcome with card congratulating us on our anniversary and booking us the room with a four poster bed, quality furnishings and the best view.
The breakfast was more than substantial and cooked perfectly.
Location is just right, no noise and only 5 mins walk from Britannia Pier.
We would definately book here again!

Room Tip: Ask for Room 5, sea view and four poster!

On arrival we were warmly greeted by Ben . We had arrived a little early but we were given our keys anyway and were told that our cases would be taken to our room for when we returned in a little while. Ben was extremly friendly and offered us tickets to a show that evening as he was unable to attend.(which we accepted and had a great time thank you again Ben )
The room was very clean and excellently decorated the bed was just so comfy we didn't want to get out of it as we had the seaview room you could see the ships sailing by, just great !
We had a good choice of breakfast cooked to how you like it ! and served by the very funny and attentive Barry
We had a great time and would stay there again
thanks again Garry and Bel

We have just arrived home from a weekend away at Willow tree Lodge and could not fault it. From the moment we arrived and were given a very warm welcome from Barry to the time we left, nothing was too much trouble. Beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfy beds and lovely finishing touches; excellent customer service throughout; fantastic breakfasts..what more can we say? We have been visiting Yarmouth for many years and can honestly say this is the best place to stay. So much so that we went online and have booked for later in the year. Just a few minutes from the seafront and not far from town. Ideal.
