SeaChange Arts have been working with Paul and Caroline for a number of years. We host many visitors both from the UK and abroad during the year, and Tudor House is always one of our first ports of call when we are finding them accommodation. We know without doubt that anybody that stays there will be given the warmest of welcomes, will be incredibly well looked after, and will leave wanting to come back again as soon as possible. Our guests experiences of working with us are heavily influenced not only during the working day, but by their wider experiences of Great Yarmouth, so it is crucial for us that they are staying somewhere where we are completely confident they will be given a 5-star service, but at reasonable prices that we as a charity can afford.

Paul and Caroline are the warmest, most generous and accommodating people that you could meet. They always go above and beyond to ensure that their guests' every needs are met, and take a genuine interest in each and every person that stays with them, constantly adapting to meet their individual requirements. They understand the nature of our work means that changes to accommodation requirements can happen several times and with very short notice, but this is never a problem and they are incredibly patient and flexible with our endless requests!

If you are looking for something to do in the evenings, or are visiting Great Yarmouth on holiday, Paul and Caroline's knowledge of what the local area has to offer is second to none. They invest time in finding out about all of the opportunities that Great Yarmouth and Norfolk have to offer, from the famous to the less well-know, so they can recommend something to suit everyone.

Whatever your reason for visiting Great Yarmouth, be it business or leisure, Tudor House should without doubt be at the top of your list for places to stay - you will not be disappointed.

This is the best b&b I have ever stayed in. The rooms are decorated tasteful and modern and are incredibly comfortable. The hosts were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. My son is autistic and his diet is very limited but nothing was too much trouble for Paul and caroline and all food served was to excellent quality and faultless. The main attractions and the beach are only a 5 mins walk away but yet very quiet at night which aided a very restful sleep after such a busy day. I will never stay in any other accommodation again when visiting Great Yarmouth! Amanda & Ethan Rhodes, doncaster

Good value and very friendly with excellent breakfast.
The owners were very helpful and interested in our welfare. They recommended a pub
to eat in and it proved to be excellent.
We have been to Yarmouth before but found this was the best place we've stayed.
The guest house is 2 minutes walk from the front, but quiet.A "hole in the wall" money dispenser was a minute away too.

Paul, Caroline and Chloe made us so welcome. The food was well presented and very, very tasty, and we had a beautiful room. What a Four Star Experience. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in this clean and comfortable b&b from tues to thurs and could not have been made more welcome. Although we had paid for a double room, Paul and Caroline upgraded us to the family room at the front which was a lovely suprise. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Very chatty and helpful hosts with a lovely breakfast both mornings. They were happy to cook any kind of combination of breakfast we wanted. Also tried one of the pubs as recommended by Paul called the Kings Arms and found our meal there very enjoyable. Lovely to have someone to tell you where and where not to go! Central location, ideal for exploring the shops, seafront, pleasure beach, arcades and places to eat. The only thing I did say about at the end of our trip was that the television in our room was rather temperamental but i was assured they would look at this.
