Stopped in for lunch, the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and there was a good view out of the window to watch the world go by.

Called in for lunch. Had their Large Cod and chips with garden peas. It also came with a big chunk of lemon to squeeze on your fish. Absolutely fantastic. The waitress was great. They also serve wine and beer if you wish to indulge. It's nice to eat top class fish and chip shop food in a cafe next door to the fish and chip shop where your food is cooked.
I always tend to order a large fish to ensure it is freshly fried - not sure if it would be if you ordered a standard cod size.
I will certainly return.

Stopped off for eat in fish 'n chips after a walk on the beach. The food was great, portions generous. The banana fritter served with real whipped cream and maple syrup was totally yummy, too. Staff was really friendly. And loved the Christmas decorations. We'll be going back for more!

We were invited by a local family who recommended Elliots' Fish and Chips highly and we weren't disappointed. A warm fire is burning in a wood oven in winter, the service is impeccable, the menue has a lovely range of yummy dishes, three choices of fish for the fish and chips. We all chose the haddock. It was absolutly fresh, perfectly cooked in a great batter with yummy dip. The chips were yummy too. The portion was more than generous and just left space for a coffee. Yep, Elliotts is a great place for a superb serve of fish and chips.

Reasonable value - a large cod or haddock and chips will stretch to 2 for hungry children or lite appetites at only £4.90 it is a bargain and fish is at least double standard size.

Recommend a wee work out at Adidas Gym opposite, wander over and get the chips left open, enjoy on the beach, throw the inevitable scraps to the ever present seagulls and wander along the beautiful Hayling Beach!
