Warm welcome from friendly staff and an attentive manager. We had a wonderful meal....lovely food chosen from a wide-ranging menu. You must try the specials, especially on Friday night when it is fish night.
A real pleasure to eat here. We will be back.

We eat here regularly, and always book a table for Christmas Eve as a great start to Christmas.

The Bulls Head do not disappoint. Great pre-dinner drinks, fab table sitting at the side of a Christmas tree.

Very varied menu, something for everyone, the food has a modern twist and beautifully displayed on your plate. Efficifient, friendly service.

Would recommend if you are in the area.

Went here on the spur of the moment taking a late lunch one Saturday afternoon for my sisters birthday. Lovely and warm and a great relaxed atmosphere. The food was delicious and good value for money, at the top end of pub prices but worth it. The asparagus with poached egg was perfectly cooked and the pork belly had crisp crackling and tender juicy meat. Sticky toffee pudding was gorgeous. The service was good but on the slower side which was fine as we were talking, but could have been a problem if you were on a lunch break with limited time.
There was a problem with my sisters steak - it took two attempts for this to be right but they were gracious and we got there in the end!
Would recommend.

My husband and I came here for a meal midweek. We were met by friendly staff and seated quickly. Our drinks arrived promptly afterwards.

The menu was different and varied and there were good veggie options.
When the food came it was delicious and beautifully presented!

Only grumble was that it was a little slow coming out and my tummy had started to grumble! We were given complimentary fried garlic bread with a chilli hummus dip, deliciously different but not too filling either!

The puddings were amazing! I ordered the earl grey creme brulee; it came served in a pretty teacup and it had just an aromatic touch of earl grey (anymore and it would have spoilt it!)

Delicious menu, we will definitely be coming again!

We were welcomed by a friendly barman, served excellent beer and enjoyed our meal in front of a log fire in the bar area.
