Stopped for lunch over half term..wonderful fresh and tasty food . loads of choice. It's a real bonus that you can try several different Tapas in one meal..The fresh bread is the best I've ever had in a restaurant. and coffee was first class..I'd recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much for your kind review and we are delighted you liked the bread. It is real Spanish Barras Gallega which we bake on site from a semi proven dough. We think it complements the tapas really well and your comments are much appreciated. Many thanks.

Stopped here for tapas at lunchtime. The food was good but the portions were more like raciones than tapas - meatballs consisted of two tiny meatballs and tortilla was only two tiny slices with a small piece of bread - yet the charge is around £4 to £5 per plate.
While the service was friendly enough, it was slow (trying to create an atmosphere of manana perhaps?). Coffees took more than 15 minutes to arrive - the restaurant had 'suddenly got busy' but with only two other customers beyond the three of us, this seemed like an excuse.

I was taken here as a surprise for my birthday. 8 of us had Tapas and a meat and seafood paella made for us. What a treat! I was in Spain a month earlier and had a paella made and it was not a patch on the ones we had here. Lovely staff and atmosphere, definite recommendation to anyone.

Hola Sarar0se

Thank you so much for your review and a belated happy birthday to you.

We are delighted you enjoyed the paella so much and are truly appreciative of your comments. We have a number of Spanish friends who advise us on the content and quality of the tapas and paella and to hear you rate us better than one made in Spain is great news. We cook it using all fresh ingredients and to a traditional recipe right from scratch which we believe is the secret to getting the flavours right. It means we have to request that customers pre-order it but we believe it is the right way to do it.

We are also glad you liked the atmosphere and the staff will be delighted to read your comments.

Thank you once again for coming in and do watch out for paella in the courtyard at weekends, although RWB is probably quite a trip just for a day.

Many thanks again for choosing us fro your birthday lunch and for your kind review

Best regards

Adrian and Monica
