Description: We live in a lively and quintessentially British coastal town - it's the perfect home for The Angel & Blue Pig.Our name stands for what we believe in; tradition with a touch of intrigue. Until most recently the pub was called 'The Angel' - however since our refurbishment we have adopted the 'blue pig' to symbolise the changes we have made, which we hope enhance what we already had at The Angel. Our pub has been around (in one form or another) since the 13th Century offering accommodation for the weary traveller. Fast forward a few hundred years, our desire is similar; to offer a comfortable bed, homecooked food and a great range of drinks to all who visit us.Come and discover what we stand for, and enjoy a pint or two.

We tried this place when on a break in Lymington.
We went there 3 times during our stay, which would suggest it was good! and it is.
Staff very friendly and attentive. Good selection of drinks and varied menu also.
It seemed to be busy every night which again is a good sign.
We visited just for drinks and also for an evening meal and on every occasion it was great.
If we are in the area again we will definitely be visiting here.
The best thing for us is since we returned home the same chain has opened up a pub near us. Fantastic..

Visited this establishment today. After a fantastic visit to Buckler's Hard thought we would go on to have a late lunch in Lymington. Sunday roast is a total rip off the beef was nice but the veg was awful like it had been sitting around for ages and the roast potatoes were overdone and dry along with the meal we were on given probably 2 tablespoons of oily gravy between the two of us.. My fiance decided to have the two course option for £15 with £2 extra for the beef??? I had one course and coffee. He had a pint of Peroni and was charged an extortionate price of £4.95???? the bill came to £45+ at the till point so we checked the bill to find we were overcharged on our meal. We questioned this much to the barman's disgust and was given just over £3 back on our meal. WE WILL NOT BE VISITING AGAIN!! A poor end to a brilliant day...........

Popped in for a white wine spritzer and a real ale. The Ringwood Best was good and well kept, the spritzer was oktoo (had to ask for ice! ) Total cost of this round...wait for it... £9.95. Unbelievable. Nice place but shameful value for mobey. Plenty of other lovely pubs if you wanted a quick drink. Oh and that was the house dry white...supposedly

Just tried this place and the food was excellent. Being a Monday night it was quiet but there were a few more tables occupied.
