“Beautiful, spacious and comfortable”
Reviewed September 25, 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Nice modern house near to Lymington town centre. We stayed here with my elderly parents, who were very pleased with the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower on the first floor. It was lovely to have a separate (huge!) bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor, so we all had some privacy. The house is well equipped inside and out, and very comfortable. Helen is a very professional host and a pleasure to deal with.

“Fabulous place to stay to explore the coastline or the New Forest”
Reviewed March 12, 2016 for a stay in March 2016

no.1 Lyric Place is a really modern and an extremeley well equiped house for anyone to stay and explore the area, It is so well placed as its a walk away from the large fantastic town centre and close to the Marina too. In our group there were 5 adults in all and so much room and space for us. We would definately recomment this to any families or friends wanting to visit the New Forest area.

“Great location, great landlords”
Reviewed November 21, 2015 for a stay in January 2015

Three of us stayed at Lyric Place for an extended period. One cannot ask for a better location. Lyric Place was clean, modern and was not lacking for anything. Helen was attentive and took care of the smallest issues very promptly with no fuss. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone!!

“Amazing Home and Location”
Reviewed May 9, 2013 for a stay in May 2013

We spent a fantastic long weekend in Lymington, the area is beautiful and has good shops and restaurants in walking distance. This was a perfect break for the kids as we visited Paultons Park and the they loved Peppa Pig World, we also went for a bike ride in the New Forest which is so beautiful with all the ponies, horses and quaint pubs.

The house is extremely luxurious and comfortable and has everything you could ever need. It caters well for the kids with high chair, bed guard, plastic plates, cups and cutlery, and even a step stool and a few DVDs. The owner is very accommodating and we loved the personal touch of having some wine, milk and biscuits on arrival.
P.S. The bath tub on the first floor is divine!

“Spacious child friendly accomodation in an excellent central location close to Lymington town centre and the New Forest”
Reviewed November 27, 2012 for a stay in September 2012

We hired Lyric Place for the weekend but wished it could have been for the week. The accomodation is close to the centre of Lymington town centre. My 2 year old boy almost managed the entire walk to the supermarket on the high street and back. The accomodation really was home from home and no attention to detail was spared. Stairgates were available as well as a bed guard to prevent the toddler rolling out of bed. There were even children's books, DVDs and some toys supplied. We spent Saturday exploring the market and quay side as well as the local playground. Sunday was the sort of family day I dream of - we parked up in Puttles Bridge near Brokenhurst in the nearby New Forest and after a short walk through the forest stumbled upon a rope swing across a small stream complete with nearby fallen tree trunk 'bridge'. My 4 year old daughter was in seventh heaven exploring these delights and the 2 year old simply loved poking various sticks in puddles. There was even a nearby grassy opening to have our picnic.lunch. Just before we left to drive home a herd of New Forest ponies galloped passed. The excitement was almost too much for the little ones but boy did they sleep well on the drive back to home!
