“Home from home”
Reviewed August 6, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Ideally situated for people watching on the quay at lymington.finished to a very high standard and within walking distance of the lovely cobbled quay shops and the beautiful town of lymington.
Everything you could need is here including a private little garden with seating and bbq.
We used public transport most of the week or walked everywhere.beautiful day walking the solent way to milford on sea for a lunch stop at hurst on the hill.
A relaxing train journey over to poole on a sunny day cost £8.90 by train.
We would definitely return and recommend quay road as a base for the new forest with every home comfort you could possibly need.

“Perfect!”
Reviewed May 12, 2017 for a stay in May 2017

We loved our week long stay at 2 Quay Road in Lymington, it's exactly as described, and it's in a superb position overlooking the river. We really enjoyed watching all the activity on the Quay and the yachts from the living room window!

The property is extremely well equipped and everything we wanted was provided, and of good quality. Local parking was easy and a 'Parking Clock' is provided, which can be used throughout Lymington and The New Forest public car parks.

We wish the owners every success, and thank them for sharing this wonderful property.

“Excellent house in great location.”
Reviewed February 21, 2017 for a stay in February 2017

The property is excellent and located right on the quay. It is upside down in that the spacious living/dining room together with the kitchen is upstairs. The living room overlooking the river and boats. Given the view this make perfect sense. The house is very well appointed and comfortable with everything you need. The bottle of wine, tin of biscuits, milk, tea and coffee etc were very appreciated. We both enjoyed our week stay and were sorry to leave.

Lymington is a lovely town with many pubs, restaurants and independent shops. The Saturday market is a must. There are plenty of places to visit nearby especially if you have a car, however this is not essential as there is plenty to do in Lymington and the train station is nearby.
